“Wow. This might be the best retail experience I’ve ever had. The owner James goes above and beyond to advise you, and help you pick out a suit, while giving you tons of helpful advice and style tips along the way. He’s incredibly knowledge about all things sartorial, and in general is incredibly kind and patient. The prices are ridiculous. I got a $400 pair of corduroys, made in Italy; for $10!!! Amazing. Will definitely be going back”

I have to say, their suits are good quality and the people that worked there were very friendly and encouraging, even though I know nothing about fashion or suits. Luke was very personable and clearly know fashion. I felt so welcome and not pushed into making a purchase that day that I wanted to write a positive review right away.So, though it might be a bit higher-end than I am looking for, I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a higher-end suit!”

“Popped in on an unexpected day off to have a jacket altered. It's for a destination wedding, and I was asked to buy it from the groom's local retailer. Brandon, I hope I have that correct, treated me like I walked in dressed as an investment banker regular instead of a T-shirt and jeans clad kid with an off brand jacket in hand. Immediately and cheerfully helped me out with the alteration specifics, and then helped me find two extremely nice shirts that fitted perfectly per his recommendation. I always get good service from Jos. A. Bank no matter which store I happen to be in, but he went above and beyond to make it the hands down best customer service I've ever had. Thank you sir!”

“There's a reason I keep coming back to this Buckle over and over again! It's the only store I get jeans from and I can always find something cute for an event. What makes them the BEST though is their staff - I went in yesterday looking for an outfit to wear to a concert and started grabbing a bunch of stuff to try on. What I ended up buying was not anything I grabbed but what Leslie and Hannah picked out for me! They checked in to see how things were fitting and picked out things for me to try on that I wouldn't have thought to try! I'm so so excited to wear this outfit tonight! “The Grille at the Broadmoor has a fantastic view of the golf course. Definitely request a window table or if weather permits, choose the patio. Both have great views. Service at The Grille was very good. Our server, Savannah, seemed new, but she was honest and caring. The manager came by a couple of times to make sure our evening was going well. I made a point to find him on the way out to let him know how good the service had been. We started with cocktails and an appetizer. I had a Tito's Arnold Palmer, but honestly too weak. The Tartare of Beef was exceptional and plenty for the two of us. I had ordered a Ceasar salad, which was huge! It was one of the best Ceasar salads I have ever had and shared it with my wife. She was of the same opinion on its flavor. Our entree selection were the two specials: the beef tower - a layer of mashed potatoes, a layer of thin bread, a layer of 6 oz filet mignon, and topped with Foie Gras. This was heaven for my wife who is a huge Foie Gras fan. The only disappointment was that the Foie Gras was cold and not seared. It would have been so much better seared. I had the pasta special which was wide noodles in braised beef. It was very nice, but the portion was too large for me. Neither of us could finish our entree. We planned to pass on dessert until they said their pie of the day was coconut cream. That cannot be passed up and unfortunately, it was delicious! This was a "don't miss" in Colorado Springs.”

“My four kids and I went shopping at this Dillard's in Chapel Hills Mall. I am a newly single father and was granted 50/50 custody. The judge ordered that I have clothes for the kids at my apartment so they do not have to take a suitcase back and forth. We went to the children's section and we were immediately greeted by Carole. I told her we were looking for church clothes for the kids and I preferred clothes on clearance. Carole took extra special care of us helping us pick out clothes for the kids. They each walked away with a few new outfits that were all on clearance. My daughter said she felt like royalty with the way we were taken care of and treated like we were special. My son even complimented the customer service as "something you o it ever see on TV". I shared with Carole our situation, and she was so kind and loving towards my children and me! I am absolutely grateful to Carole for going above and beyond and making the shopping experience so enjoyable for all of us - even this dad who was nervous about buying new wardrobes for four kids. Major kudos to her!”
