Joann's Ruff Cuts is a great and easy place with an excellent, patient, and outstanding staff. The salon is clean and open where you can see how dogs are cared for. They are completely down to earth, calm, and kind with dogs, taking time to make anxious or bratty pups comfortable. They are efficient, professional, and flexible, doing a wonderful job. Dogs leave clean, fresh, soft, cheerful, and looking awesome. They are wonderful with both small and bigger dogs, including first-time visits. The online appointment and booking system is appreciated. They are strongly recommended.
This place is so great and easy to work with. I like the online appointment system and their willingness to be flexible with me since I have two small, short-haired dogs who like to come in together. They are efficient, and my dogs are clean, fresh, and cheerful after each appointment.
