“We bring our puppy Sunday in here all the time and we have truly never had such an amazing experience at a pet store. Not only does Sunday get SO much love every time we come in, but every employee is incredibly helpful, personable, and always goes out of their way for us.
Especially Jeff — he is seriously the best! He always remembers Sunday, makes us feel so welcome, and is one of the biggest reasons we look forward to coming in. You can tell he genuinely cares about the animals and customers.

“Great experience overall. I called ahead and spoke with Mia, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about CBD options for my dog. They clearly explained different products, including dosage, pricing, and helped me choose the right one based on my dog’s weight. They were patient, informative, and kind.
When I came in, they immediately recognized my call and were ready to help. The store has a great selection of high-quality dog food ingredients and supplies. I got Lix CBD oil (500mg) and Polkadog cod skin treats, both fairly priced..my dog definitely loves the cod skin treats. They also explained their rewards program and made sure I could get updates on future stock.

“I’ve had my dog groomed here about 5 times now and each time has been a great experience. Keno can be a challenge when it comes to any type of hygienic care, as he’s a wiggle worm. He got a small cut on his leg once because he is particularly sensitive about his feet being touched, and they let me know immediately and gave me a discount for that visit. I was pleased with how this was handled; totally professional! Additionally, they’ve made sure to take their time with the details, from his paw pads to his eyelashes. He has always left looking fresh and dapper.”
“I had a wonderful experience with this company! I called and ordered the dog ear covering for upcoming fireworks. The large was out of stock so I tried the medium. The customer service person I spoke with was patient, kind, and helped with expedited shipping. Unfortunately the medium was slightly too tight. However, the quality was excellent and had the medium fit, I would've kept it. I also wanted to say their refund upon receiving my return was same day. They have excellent service and I won't hesitate to order other products if needed. ??”

When one dog developed a chicken allergy, one of the lovely ladies at Furry Friends helped walk me through alternative foods, and when my senior dog was having difficulty eating, another of the ladies helped me find softer foods with essential vitamins for my old lady to try. My family is a big fan of the fun cookies and treats available for the dogs as well. We are big fans of Furry Friends!”

“I am very happy with the extra-wide cat house I purchased for feral cats I feed and care for. I put a fleece blanket inside and the next day, noticed that at least one of them had slept in there! The construction is quality. Heavy-duty cordura covers the frame and assembling it was very easy. Now, if I could only keep the bear that broke into my house Monday morning away, things will be fine. “I always use the self service pet wash at wag n wash for my 80 lbs husky blue Heeler and I am almost always able to immediately get him into a tub for a wash without any wait. I love that they have settings to be able to apply shampoo and conditioner with water in the water wand provided with options for specialty shampoos for specific needs of my animal at that time. The drying station is also lovely and they don’t complain when my pup’s white husky hair is drifting all over the place while I dry him because he sheds like a monster.”
