“This is the best vet ever. I had to get my 14 year old dogs teeth pulled yesterday. The doctor did such a good job. They called and gave me updates throughout the process. Not only is the doctor great, but the vet techs and front desk are amazing too. Everytime I walk in they know my dogs by name and run up and pet them. While my dog was in recovery the tech cuddled with my dog on her break and watched over her like her own. That meant so much to me. They go above and beyond. I have been to MANY different vets throughout these 14 years and have not the best experiences. They are fairly priced and don’t over charge you like many vets. I trust them completely to take care of my babies. I can’t say enough about Austin Bluffs animal clinic.”

“Absolutely love their animal care department. The animals are all well taken care of. You don't see ball pythons on Aspen like at other pet stores. Their bearded dragons always have fresh veggies, their fish tanks look amazing and are always well and properly stocked. They have cards for fish that apparently show if they are aggressive or not. They also have some great Betta cups, they are always clean, have a plant to help with the bioload and the water is super clean. It is such a refresher to see this as so many places neglect their fish by having them in super tiny cups that are dirty. I came in to get a ball python and they were super helpful with explaining proper care and setup for them.I am a huge animal lover and it is amazing to see that there are people who genuinely know animals and love them just as I do.”

“I have been going to this location for several years and cannot say enough about their exceptional service. Every time my daughter and I walk in, they remember us and even mention “you’re running errands alone today” when I’m there without my daughter. But today, they knocked it out of the park. We have a pointer/beagle mix who has a VERY sensitive stomach and is prone to seizures, especially if we try to switch his food. They were out of his normal food today and when my daughter asked if they had it at a different location that could be delivered to our local store, Lyn checked and said she had to run to the store that does have it and would pick up the food for us. Not only did she pick it up, but she delivered it to our door. Lyn, thank you! Thank you for going above and beyond. Your dedication to your job and your kindness towards others has not gone unnoticed. I highly recommend this place as they truly do care for not only our four legged family, but the ones with two legs as well.”

I realized I was not that far from the business so I went to pick it up in person. I brought my pup in and everybody wanted to say hi to him. They were just as friendly in person as they were on the phone. Great customer service… The part fit perfect… All is good.”

“Our daughter and son had the sad task of saying goodbye to both Molly and Weezy, who had been in both their families for so many years. The dogs were in so many, many hearts. Their own children had never known a day without the two of them in their lives. So naturally, we returned to Simone for a portrait of these lovely, inseparable mutts. She did two paintings of them together, one for each household, which we gave for Christmas. Simone's paintings are so full of love -- it shows in her every work. Like her painting of Robert Dog who went before, these portraits are hanging in places of honor in our children's homes. Thank you, Simone !!”

“Pet Pantry is awesome!! The staff is so well trained as well. The assistant manager was kind enough to explain the different foods and the ingredients that I was looking for. She is quite knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My doggie loved the food she suggested. I also learned that Pet Pantry donates returned food and goods to the local shelters. The brands of food they have on their shelves meet many animal's needs. Over the years they have been extremely helpful to my doggies and I. I would highly recommend their services. I think there's a couple in town. I visit the one on North Academy.”

“I’ve had my dog groomed here about 5 times now and each time has been a great experience. Keno can be a challenge when it comes to any type of hygienic care, as he’s a wiggle worm. He got a small cut on his leg once because he is particularly sensitive about his feet being touched, and they let me know immediately and gave me a discount for that visit. I was pleased with how this was handled; totally professional! Additionally, they’ve made sure to take their time with the details, from his paw pads to his eyelashes. He has always left looking fresh and dapper.”

“Our dog, Griffin, moved suddenly during his ear trimming which caused an accidental nick. Becca felt bad about it and after consulting the manager before my arrival, comp’d the grooming—even though I said it was ok and accidents happen. I still gave her a tip because she always does a great job and I could tell she felt really bad about it. Griffin seems fine and I don’t think there will be any residual affects. I really appreciate Becca’s honesty and remorse for something that wasn’t her fault. I’m sure this sort of thing happens from time to time. We’ll continue to bring Griffin regularly to Petco for his grooming.”

“I am very happy with the extra-wide cat house I purchased for feral cats I feed and care for. I put a fleece blanket inside and the next day, noticed that at least one of them had slept in there! The construction is quality. Heavy-duty cordura covers the frame and assembling it was very easy. Now, if I could only keep the bear that broke into my house Monday morning away, things will be fine. Please be aware of the crate fee and lifetime training fee those are things you could’ve got for cheaper and I wasn’t told I’ll actually be paying for it.
