I purchased the Thermo Outdoor Kitty House & it was easy to assemble. We like the color of the Green & Black Kitty House. Will be glad when Ms. Kitty decides to at least try it.Thinking she will like it once she figures it out.

Thanks from Tennessee for the GREAT customer service! I was hesitant to phone, but encouraged by previous reviews. Rita took my call and lickety-split sent me the needed suction cup + 1 spare - within days! WOW!! I will definitely purchase from this company again.
