Loved Dillard's!! Set up as a regular store, instead of just rows & rows of racks with clothes. Displays were great, staff pleasant & helpful.Great prices!

I can confidently say this was by far the most depressing mall I've ever been to. Half of the mall was abandoned and of the stores that were actually there half of them were closed. The lighting was dark, which gave off post apocolyptic vibes. I guess management didn't see the point in turning on all the lights for an almost deserted mall. There were a few decent stores but we didn't find what we were looking for. The worst part is they had a pet store with some dogs in the window display. It seemed cruel to subject those animals to the depressing environment that is this mall. The whole experience just felt like a fever dream.

After living in Colorado Springs for 2+ years, today was my first trip to Citadel Mall. I can confidently tell you, it was also my last trip there. It was rundown, smelled like pot, and was sorta overall just creepy. It didn't feel clean and I honestly didn't feel safe there. Cannot recommend.

My recent visit to Citadel Mall left me disappointed and disheartened. It's evident that this once-thriving mall is now a mere shadow of its former self. Approximately half of the stores are closed, which creates an eerie emptiness throughout the mall. The lack of variety in shopping options is frustrating, and it's hard to deny that the mall's glory days are long gone. The food court was another letdown. It consistently appeared dirty and unkempt, which was a major turn-off. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and the neglect in this area was hard to ignore. The overall atmosphere of the mall felt desolate, and it's clear that there is a lack of investment in maintaining the mall's appeal.I hope to see improvements in the future, but as it stands, I would advise shoppers to temper their expectations when considering a visit to Citadel Mall.

The people selling oil cologne are so annoying next to Zumies store. Bought L Chapo oil cologne stick & still sits there after 1yr. Now don't go at night someone always shooting it up. Food court has good food. Btw who the hell at opens 11am that's almost lunch hour. I would suggest 10am opening ain't no one wanna be in night shootings. Every week practically a shooting here.

It's a sketchy and shady mall, dont feel safe there even during the day. Its not at all like it was merely 10 years ago, and lifetimes away from its 80's and 90's heyday. Most of the surrounding businesses have closed and moved, definetly this area has changed. I feel sad for this mall, and even sad fir the surrounding area; the whole Citadel Mall & Crossing lost to time and better memories of yester year.

Very worn down and deserted, as most of the stores have been abandoned. As others have mentioned, the food court was the only thing of substance that was open, and even then the architecture and surrounding facilities (bathrooms, escalators, etc) were out of order or in disrepair. Very sad to see. I would suggest Chapel Hills instead. The worst thing I think is the owners engagement with the community here, though. They seem almost defensive. Learn to take some criticism and act on it to save what once was probably a beautiful shopping centre. I hope it becomes one again.

Cheap and very good shoes that last a long time! I am a big Nike Air Max person and I can go get the brand new pair that just came out for $90!

I love this mall! It does need some work as others have stated. Working escalators is a start, a good and consistent janitorial service (soap) and antibacterial stations on all floors, especially near the food court! The best way to keep this mall alive is keep writing reviews, sending emails to the people that matter, and shopping there!Lets all do our part, Let's keep this mall alive!
