“I received a bill for my Colorado homeowners policy on July 9th 2026 for a LARGE amount of money. I noticed that State Farm did not give me a multi line discount for having another house, 2 autos, and an umbrella policy with State Farm. This happened last year, and to their credit, the amount was adjusted within a month. It has been over 6 weeks now and on the State Farm website, the invoice amount has not been adjusted. I have called my agent, Nick Fransioli, at least 3 times and have been told that it is being worked on. My payment is due in 2 weeks. The agent I spoke with yesterday (not Nick) told me that we got the discounted amount in their (local) system. She sent me the Declarations Page still showing me the high dollar amount and said in an email what my new premium was - which happened to be EXACTLY the same as last year which leads me to believe that she doesn't really know what my updated premium is (if it even has been updated). Needless to say, this is VERY frustrating for me. I am concerned that the payment is being made to State Farm, not the local agent, and that since the amount being showed on my online account is different than what she told me, that State Farm will not recognize the lower premium and that I will be penalized.
UPDATE: After posting this review, I received a call from Nick Fransioli and he stated that he would see what he could do to fix my problem. Within 6 days, I got an updated bill from State Farm for SIGNIFICANTLY less that the original. Now I am a happy camper and can give a 4 star review. The one star is taken away because of the original problem. THANKS NICK!!!”
