“Great shop! Finally found the Soju ( rice wine from Korea, yum!!) I've been looking all over town, Justin was a huge help! His product knowledge was 💯 %. He also found the sour/cream ale by Drekker I'd been looking for! The lovely cashier was delightful 😊 and even got to try some excellent CBD products from Twisted Spoke! Excellent!
They even have charcuterie boards! One stop shopping! Highly recommend!! 10out of 10! Thanks Justin!!!”
“Went for a whiskey testing, also tested a Sambuca and a sipping tequila. Enjoyed one of the whiskeys, the other was not for me, even if used in a mixer. Walked out with a bottle of the tequila, Sambuca and whiskey for mixers. I would say it was successful. ☺ Our host was knowledgeable and a good story teller.”
“They have a great selection of all you need for brewing wine and beer (not mead, sadly) in a nicely-organized store, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. If you have questions, they have answers and will point you to the right place to buy what you need if you need it. Thanks to them, my hombrews have been absolute bangers.”

“Love it. From out of state, wanted a nice bottle of wine and a Colorado whiskey to take home. The place wastes no space being fancy or dressing its workers up in fancy uniforms. Selection huge, some real deals too. One of the workers was amazingly knowledgeable about Colorado whiskies and directed me to a bourbon and a couple of malted whiskies. No fancy displays, one of the whiskies was in its original cardboard box on the floor. Perhaps that is why the prices are good. Might have to move to Colorado Springs so I can come here more often.”

Kinda like stay up with the times and new alcohol. When I want to try new things I have to drive across town or to Denver for the new hip drinks when Cheers is only 1 mile away.
My main gripe is I get a feeling like 1 employee makes me uncomfortable. I feel he watches me as if I'm going to steal something. I've never stolen anything from anywhere. At 1st I thought he was just being helpful, but everytime I'm there tadaaah, he pops up on every aile that I go on. I don't alway know what I want, so I browse, looking for something new or different. If I can't afford to buy alcohol I don't go to the store. I'm new to Colorado and since this is the closest store I go there, but I'm thinking if I keep getting followed or watched like a thief, I'll start spending my money elsewhere.
Otherwise I love the store and so far everyone else have been friendly. I'll go a few more times to see if this has been addressed. If not I'll patronize elsewhere.”

The customer service here is outstanding. Andrea (the owner), Sarah (the manager), and Jamie were all incredibly friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping their customers. It's rare to find a team that goes above and beyond the way they do.
The only thing I'm disappointed about is that I didn't discover this place sooner after visiting more than 100 liquor stores across the country. That's how impressed I am.
I emailed the store with a question and received a reply in just 15 minutes—talk about excellent customer service!
