“We attended High Tea and the experience was wonderful. The tea was delicious and well-made. The food was fresh and made in-house. We especially enjoyed the sausage rolls. The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable about tea time etiquette. We would highly recommend this experience.”
“I live 300 miles from this store. I go every 6 months to get my favorites. A few weeks ago I got home and found a jar of sauce that was moldy, opened another one and it was as well. I sent an email to the store and was called the same day by the manager. He apologized profusely and put two jars of sauce in the mail to me today. WHO DOES THAT?? I am such a fan of Trader Joes and will always, always shop there. Kroger grocery stores don't care one bit. The fact that the manager of Trader Joes called me personally and put two jars of sauce in the mail today for me shows me what excellent customer service is. Thank you! Update Aug 4 2026: Blown away. Flabbergasted. I live over 300 miles from the nearest Trader Joes. Once a year I get to a store to purchase my favorite items. I was at the CO Springs Store in May and spent $250 on my favorite stuff. In Mid July I opened a jar of spaghetti sauce to find it moldy. I sent a message here and within 2 hours got a response from the manager. We spoke and he promised to make it right. Today I got home from a trip and found a box with 2 jars of the sauce, a package of noodles, and other goodies, delivered to my home via USPS. What other store does this? Omg I am so so impressed. I'm telling all of my friends. Customer for life! Thanks so much! I'm no cowboy, but riding for your brand!”
“You can find just about anything you need here if you look hard enough! Staff are awesome and can help find most things (a bit difficult given the amount of items) but overall I hit up this store whenever I need stuff for hot pot, ramen, or bento boxes!”

“I feel like the luckiest girl in the world because this market is a 90-second walk from my house. It's perfect for both quick trips on staples (flour, rice, pasta, beans, sauces, spices, etc) & treats. It is affordable, organized, and clean. My kids beg to walk here at least twice a week for sweet custard buns, siopao, mochi, kimchi, bulgogi, seaweed, and ice cups.”

“I went here for the first time today because it was the only place I could find that sells wheat berries! I was very pleasantly surprised by their selection and will definitely be coming here more often. They seem to have tons of stuff that other grocery stores don't have, including Sprouts. And their prices are better than Sprouts!”
“I was literally mind-blown in the store, and I worked for the Safeway with the highest sales in the tei counties. Has over 70 Isles. The store is super clean and nice and amazingly stocked and everybody's very helpful. Impressive”

“We get fuel here a lot using our points. The pumps are easy yo get into and to get out when finished, just keep your eyes open as the way it sits in the parking lot there is a bunch of traffic that comes by. The little shop has a fair selection of stuff but there real reason is for selling fuel. We have never had any trouble using their gas in our vehicles. It helps to have points to use as their prices are usually a little higher. It works well for us because we can fill up and head home (out of town) and this station is on the edge of the city.”
“Whole foods market is exceptionally amazing when ordering through Amazon. I haven't ever had any issues with delivery drivers or the full delivery of the items. Only issue is I wish that Amazon would let it's customers input how thin or thick(not my prefernce) you want your deli meats (sliced meat, salami, or bacon) cut. It's always to thick on some of the orders. Other then that I will always shop Whole foods. Why not they have Gelato Boy and Jeni's ice cream.”

“I placed an order for pickup at 1:15pm for pickup between 7-8pm and received a message that my order was delayed. I called to ask why and the gentleman that answered for that department was very friendly and knowledgeable. I asked about the deli meat I ordered and was told the deli was closed. He offered the pre-sliced as a substitute and let me know the other person in that department was currently shopping my order (only 2 workers in that dept)and he would let them know and that my order would be ready in approximately 10 minutes. I received the message that my order was ready for pickup at around 7:15-ish. The lady that brought out my order was so very friendly and packed all my groceries in my bags for me. That's why I love my neighborhood Safeway on Circle and Galley! Thank you all so much for making my shopping and pick-up run smoothly!”
“If you're in the central area or drive on Circle, this is such a lovely little place, just north of Dutch Bros. It's small but packed with goodness, from a small meat counter, staples, and produce to a wall of snacks and treats to at least ten flavors of ice cream and street-food-style fruit snacks. It may be Mexican/Latin, but also useful and delicious for all kinds of meals. <3”

It was our 20th anniversary, and we traveled from Albuquerque to Colorado Springs for a much-needed escape. Both my partner and I were recently laid off—my job at Verizon was sent overseas, and my partner lost theirs soon after. Our trip hit a rough patch when Google Maps led us down a steep road, causing some tension despite my all-wheel drive and snow tires.
Then came Sue—an absolute lifesaver! Without my reading glasses, I struggled to pick out flowers, but Sue stepped in, even though she didn’t work in the floral department. She helped me find the perfect travel-friendly vase, knowing we’d be heading back to Albuquerque after our four-day stay. She crafted a stunning bouquet, complete with a Starbucks cup of water and nutrients to keep it fresh. When I asked if she had done this before, she said no—and I was amazed because she worked with such skill and care.
Sue went above and beyond, rushing to help and making us feel truly special. She turned what could have been a stressful moment into a highlight of our trip. Sue, you didn’t just make a bouquet—you made our anniversary unforgettable. Thank you so much for your kindness and dedication!”
