The men's restroom was out of order, and there was a sign on the women's restroom clearly stating that men could use the women's restroom temporarily. I politely asked the clerk if the restroom was open, and she stated that the women's restroom was only for women. Not very good customer service.

Well run! I judge great Gas Station by cleanliness, full washer fluid and responsive staff. Almost there.
