“I had a remarkable experience with Josh and his manager. The deal that was made by the two of them was so rare that I had to buy the two diamond rings for my wife. There was 0% pressure to purchase and I was so impressed by that. When my wife saw another ring she was impressed with ( a great mother's ring with an alexandrite in it) I had no issues with buying her that one as well. We left with a total of two diamond rings and a fantastic Alexandrite and diamond ring all of them were in gold and I purchased a lifetime warranty for all 3 rings with no pressure. The store is immaculate and the staff will go out of their way to get you a good deal. Do yourself a favor and stop by.”

“Last Thursday I had an appointment scheduled for today, Saturday, and I drive about 70 miles one way to be told they do not have a Tech. The Geek Squad member was rude, told me my only option was a non Best Buy Store if I wanted help or come back in 10 days. Not once did the Geek Squad member ask why I was frustrated as he began to talk down to me when I asked to speak with a manager. I was able to speak with Breanna who listened to my concerns, and was able to help me out. This store started out with a 1 star review today, but due to Breanna's customer service skills, I feel a 4 out of 5 stars is appropriate.”

By better I mean the phone other companies offer have more memory space.The upside is the customer service is great at this particular site and they helped me through the application process, answered my many questions with patience, understanding, & professionalism, and set up the phone for me before I left.”
