Josh the Technology Design Specialist put together an excellent package that covered everything I needed.
Howell and Alex handled the installation, and I could not have been more impressed. They were professional, extremely knowledgeable, and paid incredible attention to detail. Their work was exceptionally neat, and they made sure every aspect of the installation was completed perfectly.
Thank you to Jake Heying the General Manager for being so responsive and accommodating in resolving an issue with one of the TVs. His outstanding customer service and willingness to help were truly refreshing.

It’s a smaller shop not a big chain and in my opinion the customer service is better and they are more focused on what the needs are. I purchased ground to battery posts, ground wire, and a ground distribution block as I have multiple amplifiers. Thank you. In highly recommend going here if you can find what your looking for in the car audio section at the Palmer park Walmart. Specifically I was looking for ground wire, connectors, and a ground distribution block. Raam had all 3, Walmart didn’t.”

“This is the best 71 I've ever been to. The gals that are behind the counter take really good care of this place. I saw a sign on the door that says that they give discounts for military. The store is kept really well and they're open long hours. Is always food ready and everything is stocked.”

It was a quick stop, and we were pleasantly surprised to see a few options for the item we were looking for (we were just hoping there would be *something* in the store), and the price was reasonable.
Went back and dealt with friendly staff, but didn't like that I was approached by someone who works for AT&T trying to sell me on a 36 month contract after confirming I could trade in my phone for a newer one for only $10 or something and confirming it would be an unlocked phone. Then I was trying to figure out why she didn't seem helpful when I tried to steer back to what I was actually looking at. Finally, when a Best Buy employee showed up to help me, it all made sense.”

“I purchased a unique phone from Verizon online, called a Razz Memory phone for my mom who is having dementia issues. Most people I encounter have never heard of it, but we were desperate and thought the phone look like a good option. It came in the mail, but I was not able to even begin to assess the functionality of it. From the very beginning, it said I did not have a appropriate access settings to be able to do anything with it
I took the phone to this Verizon location and a wonderful employee named Nova, spent a significant amount of time troubleshooting my issues, escalating up through the proper chain of command in the store, all the way up to IT help on the phone.
IT on the phone hadn't ever heard of my phone before either, but everyone was determined to help me get the phone up and running.
Eventually, the solution was found, and I left the location as a very happy customer, with a working phone, having received amazing customer service which exceeded my expectations.
To be honest I was expecting them to say they couldn't help, and I'd have to send the phone back, or reach out to the Razz vendor. Indeed we were one step away from this being the solution, but instead, they persevered, and we're able to solve the problem! I appreciate the customer service, their willingness to problem solve, and think outside the box, more than they know! Thanks Nova and IT for saving the day!
I have used other Verizon service locations in the past, and have had things messed up beyond belief. I learned long ago that when I have a Verizon need, this is the store I go to, they always get it right and they always knock it out of the park!
On a side note, after having the Razz Memory phone for a few days, and letting my mom practice with it, I can say it's a really good simple phone for Seniors, with vision issues, manual dexterity issues, and memory issues!”
