Very professional, timely, and communicative, and on top of all that, that they had the best international shipping prices in town.”

He was handling a crowd all by himself, and despite being pulled in multiple directions, he stayed calm, professional, and incredibly efficient. His customer service was top-notch—friendly, helpful, and focused on making sure everyone was taken care of.

“This is the best Schlotzsky’s in the Springs by far. We have been coming here for over 10 years and this location has had its rough moments. The manager Sam has always been a joy. The Schlotzsky’s app is very hit or miss but Sam has always gone above and beyond to help us. This location is in the 1% of fast food locations for customer service.”

“This is my favorite UPS store. The manager or owner is very competent. About a year ago I encountered multiple situations where Amazon said they didn’t get a return, but actually they marked a different item on the same order as return completed even though it was an item I kept. I asked if she knew how I could resolve the issue and she immediately provided the number I should call. She also shared that this was happening to a number of people, which was reassuring.”
