They are very short staffed and it is hard to find someone who is working there. I am sure it will be better as soon as they can get more staff in.

Love Michaels but ordering for pick up needs a better system, twice I have placed a pick up order and both times someone has stolen my order because it’s self service pick up so no one checks to make sure the correct person is picking it up.
