“We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Dorsett. Friday October 4th. We came in with our reactive German shepherd who can be considered “aggressive”. ( we knew this before arriving) They took all the necessary precautions with assuring us and our dog. They were so patient and kind when getting to know our dog so he would be confident and comfortable with them working on him. Dr Dorsett was thorough and took her time with us. She explained all of our options clearly and helped us set up a game plan for our pup. I have 5 animals and used to work in the vet industry and I have never been treated with so much respect by all of the staff. Prices were phenomenal as well. Thank you ALL so much. But especially Dr. Dorsett! We will be back!”

“Pet City has always been a fun environment to be in. All the dogs and animals are always out on display. There’s a great selection of merchandise needed for if you have an animal. And I’m pretty sure they let you play with the dogs, I saw a family earlier in the pen enclosure playing with one of the pups! Overall I’d recommend Pet City.”

“This is the only groomer I have found that does my dog the way he needs to be done and doesn't keep him for 4 hours like others. I have a schnauzer with a very thick coat. Other groomers have struggled. Very happy with Amber.”
“Best experience with a self wash dog wash. Private room with 2 height adjustable bath tubs and 2 blow dry stations in a quiet, calm atmosphere. My dogs have never been more cooperative at bath time. ?”
“This is the best pet store with the most caring and friendly staff and owner. They have healthy food, supplements, grooming supplies, treats, and toys! You don’t have to stress about which food to buy there because you know they are all healthy brands and if you have any questions, the staff is so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. This place is so deserving of your business for all things pet supplies! My 18 year old cat hasn’t played in years but begs to play with this mouse toy we got here :) love to see her happy and healthy from EarthWise foods, treats, and toys!”
“I have been going to this location for several years and cannot say enough about their exceptional service. Every time my daughter and I walk in, they remember us and even mention “you’re running errands alone today” when I’m there without my daughter. But today, they knocked it out of the park. We have a pointer/beagle mix who has a VERY sensitive stomach and is prone to seizures, especially if we try to switch his food. They were out of his normal food today and when my daughter asked if they had it at a different location that could be delivered to our local store, Lyn checked and said she had to run to the store that does have it and would pick up the food for us. Not only did she pick it up, but she delivered it to our door. Lyn, thank you! Thank you for going above and beyond. Your dedication to your job and your kindness towards others has not gone unnoticed. I highly recommend this place as they truly do care for not only our four legged family, but the ones with two legs as well.”

Dr. Hand was fabulous - he and the staff went out of their way to make sure Sam was comfortable during his visit, and Sam really liked him (a big plus because Sam did not care for strangers). Sam has since passed on, but they took such good care of our baby that we now take all our fur babies to ABAC. Thank you, Dr. Hand and wonderful staff!”

“I’ve had my dog groomed here about 5 times now and each time has been a great experience. Keno can be a challenge when it comes to any type of hygienic care, as he’s a wiggle worm. He got a small cut on his leg once because he is particularly sensitive about his feet being touched, and they let me know immediately and gave me a discount for that visit. I was pleased with how this was handled; totally professional! Additionally, they’ve made sure to take their time with the details, from his paw pads to his eyelashes. He has always left looking fresh and dapper.”
“I had a wonderful experience with this company! I called and ordered the dog ear covering for upcoming fireworks. The large was out of stock so I tried the medium. The customer service person I spoke with was patient, kind, and helped with expedited shipping. Unfortunately the medium was slightly too tight. However, the quality was excellent and had the medium fit, I would've kept it. I also wanted to say their refund upon receiving my return was same day. They have excellent service and I won't hesitate to order other products if needed. ??”

I took my two dogs in to have their nails clipped for the first time and Audrey was AMAZING. The groomer was busy so Audrey clipped their nails. “EDIT: Returning jump bars to get correct ones! Thank you for fixing this issue! I really appreciate it! I will post back when new bars arrive! Thanks for your prompt attention!----------Ordered some jump bars and they did not look anything like the photos on the website. I sent them images of what I received, and they really didn’t offer to replace them- just said I could return them. Tape was not put on correctly and lots of white space left on one side. (5 foot jump bars) Wish they could have admitted the flaw and replaced, but apparently that wasn’t an option.”

“I am very happy with the extra-wide cat house I purchased for feral cats I feed and care for. I put a fleece blanket inside and the next day, noticed that at least one of them had slept in there! The construction is quality. Heavy-duty cordura covers the frame and assembling it was very easy. Now, if I could only keep the bear that broke into my house Monday morning away, things will be fine.
