“In June 2024, I went to Mike’s for helping on purchasing a simple camera for my upcoming 35 day cruise in July. I was tired on going on trips and not be pleased about my landscape photos from my iPhone. My iPhone is great for selfies but not for distance. I was expecting a small pocket camera because I didn’t want to deal with large lenses or multiple lenses. I’m not a professional. I met Randy when I walked in the store and he immediately understood my requirements and showed me the Panasonic LUMIX which has only one lens but it zooms to 600 which effectively goes to 1,200. It wasn’t a lot of money for a quality camera but I wanted to think on it. I did some googling as I didn’t want a camera that was going to be too complicated for me. I ended up buying it which gave me a month to get used to it before the cruise. On the cruise, we were on an excursion to go see a glacier in Norway. We were sitting with a couple from Houston and it turned out he was a professional photographer. He asked me about my camera and how far it zoomed. I sheepishly said 600 and he responded saying that I would effectively get 1,200. Then he picked up a metal case and pulled out a 22 in Sony lens and said this was his 600 zoom. He was shocked how much the Lumix could do. He was familiar with them but hadn’t realized how much they had advanced. Great confirmation of my purchase.”

“Mike and the whole team at MinuteMan Press were amazing to work with for printing my wedding invites (and about half the price of any larger retail printer!). The quality is great and the service was helpful and fast. Word to the wise for other soon-to-be brides - don't be like me and order the amount of invites equal to your guest count, order an invite per couple - I registered this in my brain upon picking up my order today (my bad). I also saw in store that they do military discounts - I wish I had asked about this up front. Even with MY mistake on invite count and without the military discount, these invites were perfectly printed and a fair value.”
