A nice and quiet neighborhood with access to quail lake! The rooms are spacious and i rarely had any issues with neighbors, excessive noise, or any disturbance really. Very pet friendly and the staff are very professional and quick to help with any kind of issues.

Lived here for two years, I really liked it. Location was great and the views were impeccable. Never an issue with front desk staff or maintenance. Only thing I could complain about is everytime I left my truck unlocked (twice) it got broken into. Overall if you're thinking about renting here, do it.
