Communication was great, took an entire day for the house to be packed and the next morning to be loaded up. Team was professional and handled our belongings carefully, really appreciate that. She is very quick to resolve any issues, questions, and/or help you with your storage. She takes care of the property, answers the phone or calls back almost immediately even on her days off.
She is very professional, personable, efficient, informative, kind, caring, provides excellent customer service, takes care of the outside property/office, and makes sure that her customers are taken care of!

“09/03/2025: Upon changing my move-out date just seconds before I called to handle my payment, Seth (Assistant Manager fill-in) managed our short notice with ease, understood our bizarre situation and explained everything about the move-out processes smoothly and professionally. Seth’s swift adjustments fully accommodated our needs and worrisome expectations. Seth’s work ethic exceeded the norm allowing our stress levels to dissolve effortlessly. My wife and I have been customers with Extra Space Storage for 3 years and it’s has been an absolute pleasure. Never once had we experienced any issues that the employee Team couldn’t handle; everything was resolved perfectly, even with our short notices or requests. Today, Seth continued that tradition never once straying away. Thank You Seth for handling our situation. Honestly, from my first time working with Seth, he would be an excellent fit as a full-time site manager.

As a bonus, they are very reasonably priced and have great access hours. “Manager was super informative of the lease. Unit is clean and has rat poison showing they care about customers property. The grounds are fenced and gated, also, clean and well maintained.
The units are elevated to avoid any water damage.”
