“Very thorough introduction and explanation of how your storage system works. Jaimie was great and gave us a guided tour to view the spaces we needed. So thankful, that after we explained what we were doing, she recommended going one step larger, as we had underestimated what we needed. On top of that she located and secured for us two units that are not only on the same aisle, but are right across from each other!

“Like another reviewer said, our RV did get broken into about 2 years ago. Owner contacted us right away and handled the situation very well. This could happen anywhere. After the breakin the owner has installed security cameras with motion detectors which alert his cell phone. I am not aware of any breakins since. He is always improving his business and cares about his customers. I could not ask for anything better.”
