“This is the best Schlotzsky’s in the Springs by far. We have been coming here for over 10 years and this location has had its rough moments. The manager Sam has always been a joy. The Schlotzsky’s app is very hit or miss but Sam has always gone above and beyond to help us. This location is in the 1% of fast food locations for customer service.”

I'd needed to ship a number of large boxes overseas and was directed to Maggie's by my Dad who's previous experience with this shoppe had been work related. After a phone conversation that cleared up a number of my questions Maggie's was able to help me secure the shipping I needed to get my items to their destination. “While using the app, I didn't see or failed to select the option to have the 400 page manual I needed to print printed double sided. Tori called me to correct this and didn't end up charging me for the incorrectly printed sheets. She also offered a better stock selection that saved me a significant amount of money. She just made that a great experience. The online service was handy, but seemed to miss (or I just didn't look or know to look for) some basic options she was easily able to sort out for me”
“Great customer service! After leaving an office store and a Walgreens because they don’t offer full service, I found this office. They have free 15 minute parking FREE, downtown! The woman who assisted me was kind and compassionate and very helpful. A emotionally difficult mailing for me, unknown to the customer service rep, was made much easier. We never know what people are going through and it pays dividends to be kind.”
“Received genuinely helpful service from this location that should have been provided by fedex main customer service, but wasn't due to a completely unusable customer service model. Phone system wouldnt recognize my voice giving tracking number, and wouldn't accept it as entered via keypad, and starkly refuses to allow you to speak to a representative without this, so after a full hour talking at a remarkably condescending and non functional phone system, I gave up and reached out to this location. Sorry to have had to take his time for a problem that fell well outside of his job description, but very grateful for the help the gentleman here provided.”
“I recently switched UPS Store locations after the poor new management change to the store I had been going to for 6 years. I decided to try out this location and very happy I did! There were 2 guys working, I came in with an Amazon return and shredding. Guys were very friendly, welcomed me in, and made the transaction fun. “This is my favorite UPS store. The manager or owner is very competent. About a year ago I encountered multiple situations where Amazon said they didn’t get a return, but actually they marked a different item on the same order as return completed even though it was an item I kept. I asked if she knew how I could resolve the issue and she immediately provided the number I should call. She also shared that this was happening to a number of people, which was reassuring.”
