I work for Northrop Grumman and we came to these guys with a massive project that involved very large multi-story full-wall murals, complicated signs with super intricate details, and more! They executed extremely quickly, and gave us a much better price and schedule than a competitor in town.The graphic prints were super high quality, Jason and his team were nothing but professional, and I was blown away by the attention to detail and craftsmanship of the install. Due to our company security requirements, I stayed with them the entire time they were installing and working in our building, and I was able to see their process up-close and personal. “We own two routers from DMS. When I first posted this review, their customer service was pretty abysmal and I swore I would never buy another one of their machines. But... over the past few years, they have made great improvements since and the last couple times I have requested parts, they have been very helpful, far more than they ever were 3-4 years ago. The machines themselves I have no complaints over. They are well engineered, well built, and last. I think they still can improve their customer service, but they are certainly on the right track.”

“Received genuinely helpful service from this location that should have been provided by fedex main customer service, but wasn't due to a completely unusable customer service model. Phone system wouldnt recognize my voice giving tracking number, and wouldn't accept it as entered via keypad, and starkly refuses to allow you to speak to a representative without this, so after a full hour talking at a remarkably condescending and non functional phone system, I gave up and reached out to this location. Sorry to have had to take his time for a problem that fell well outside of his job description, but very grateful for the help the gentleman here provided.”
“Great customer service! After leaving an office store and a Walgreens because they don’t offer full service, I found this office. They have free 15 minute parking FREE, downtown! The woman who assisted me was kind and compassionate and very helpful. A emotionally difficult mailing for me, unknown to the customer service rep, was made much easier. We never know what people are going through and it pays dividends to be kind.”

Most of the time I make color copies, ( I am a professional illustrator and am very fussy about the quality of the prints)
And it is always great! If the colors are not coming out satisfactory, they are willing to adjust them, i.e. they are coming out too dark or not the right hue tone etc...compared to the original. But that seldom happens!

“I arrived early in the morning and the store manager was already taking care of another customer. She greeted me with a smile and asked how she could help me. She was very professional and patient as she began to take care of both of us at the same time, bouncing back and forth to answer his questions and to process my shipping label. She was great! I have been to this location in the past, and on each occasion I have been taken care of very well. If I'm not going to send something by snail mail I will gladly return to this location for my shipping needs. Fed Ex, please take good care of her.”
