Shirley and Chandler were very friendly and helpful. Great customer service from them! Important note: FedEx is NOT a one stop option if you are applying for a NEW passport. Passport renewals should be doable there.

Won’t be back to this one strictly because Chandler lacks customer service and a smile. Not the nicest interaction I’ve ever had for no reason at all.
