Mud and debris in the wash bays. The additives like motor clean/tire clean and pre wash were empty both times I went.

Great facility, however had a $25 hold on my bank acct for a short visit. Although I understand the need for a hold, after 2 weeks the hold was still there. I have more than adequate funds, so I am dissatisfied with this one visit.
