This place is secure but very worn out. It is also very expensive. It used to have cheaper prices with a person on site.

I just started using this storage location. The first day I had an issue and I spoke with Eric from the customer support team, who was super helpful. He rectified the situation within 5 minutes and we were on our way. It has only been a week or so but seems like it will be a good experience. Again, thank you to Eric!

The Otter Self Storage facility offers a variety of units, and vehicle parking for small boats, cars, and trailers. Each of our units are drive-up accessible and you’ll have the option to purchase boxes and other supplies from the office during visits and on move-in day. If safety is your concern, we’ve invested in high quality video cameras, LED lighting and a gate with unique coded access.
Select customers who are willing to pay are permitted 24-hour access to their units.
