“Great storage facility. 24hr access is optional. Far prices and the management or shall I say manager on sight is super cool, layed back individual. He takes his job serious so you should to. Load in and load out. Don't sleep , or linger inside the Facility. But besides that its well-kept, security is tight as Fort-Nox? lol but for reall its a great place to have a storage for your vehicle or belongings.”
“I reserved my unit online and it couldn't have been easier. I drove over an hour later and it was ready to go. The facility appears to be fairly well taken care of and clean. I have only two small gripes so far. First, I reserved a unit that was close to one of the entry doors. When I went to access the unit, the door keypad was not working. I talked to the guy at the front desk (very helpful and friendly, BTW) he said that it is a known problem with the keypads on that side of the building, but a solution had not been found. He got me into another unit right away on the other side of the building, though not as close to the door. The second gripe is that I have to get out of my car to punch in the main gate code. The keypad is set back behind two bollards and out of reach from my vehicle, though I don't see how it would be accessible from any vehicle. Overall I am very happy with Extra Space.”

“I was a customer here up until I didn't need a storage unit anymore. It was a nice place. Well lit inside, affordable, clean grounds, and nice staff. I never had any issues besides a loose aggressive dog inside of the gate from another customer, but management took care of that fast. I will come back if I need another storage unit in the future!”

“Bricia at Smart Space Self Storage on Tamlin Road was absolutely amazing! When I first pulled up, there was a sign on the door saying she was out to lunch. She happened to still be close enough to notice that someone needed help and came back to help me before going to lunch. The fact that she chose to come back and help me right away really stood out to me.
I originally set everything up over the phone before moving to Colorado, and there had been some confusion with my reservation and the move-in special.
When I came in needing to switch to a smaller storage unit, Bricia took the time to look at everything, explain my options, and help me find something that actually fit my needs and budget. She was incredibly honest and even pointed out that I was paying much more than I needed to be.
What I appreciated most was that she genuinely seemed interested in helping me get the best option rather than trying to keep me in a more expensive unit. She was friendly, patient, transparent, and went out of her way to help me. I ended up with exactly what I needed at a MUCH better price.
Definitely ask for Bricia if you need help with storage. Her customer service was exceptional!”
