“Love this storage unit! It is climate controlled and easily accessible from the north and south entrances - throughout each floor there is an option to haul your stuff in on the ground level without dealing the stairs as well.
Rented a 10x20 and turns out our stuff came and didn’t fit. They reserved and instantly approved us for an additional 10x10 for a very reasonable price the same day!!

“Maggie was fantastic! She was very friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and making this new move-in a breeze. The storage unit was very clean and has metal sheet walls on all sides, no plywood or cardboard walls, very secure units. I also like the roll-up door, it is up and out of the way, making any transfers in or out of storage quick and easy. My only complaint would be that there isnt any lighting already inside the unit, but that's nothing a flashlight can't fix for any evening visits. Overall, I am confident and comfortable with my new space and I feel at ease knowing Maggie is here on site. I am very happy I chose this location for my storage needs. Thanks again!”

However, Athea was extremely helpful and assured I knew how to utilize the storage and find it. she explained everything from the payment breakdown to the storage unit. “Great storage facility. 24hr access is optional. Far prices and the management or shall I say manager on sight is super cool, layed back individual. He takes his job serious so you should to. Load in and load out. Don't sleep , or linger inside the Facility. But besides that its well-kept, security is tight as Fort-Nox? lol but for reall its a great place to have a storage for your vehicle or belongings.”

“The cleanest storage facility I've ever used even despite nasty ppl who leave trash. They always keep it picked up. As a woman, I always felt safe moving my stuff in & out late at night. I used this storage the past 3 mos & not my easiest move by far. Without getting into details, both Gidget & Tammy did a tremendous job at Public storage any time I needed anything. At my final checkout, I accidentally locked my keys in my car & Tammy went out of her way to help me find a way to have my jeep unlocked. It was not a happy day for me but she managed to brighten it. The kindness of strangers... :')Thank you!”

“Still very early on into my rental here but I love it so far, they have AMAZING deals that makes it feel kinda dumb to not just drive 5 extra minutes to come here. Alyssa was very nice, helpful and I got setup with access to my unit within literally 10 minutes of showing up. It's quiet, secure & there is a small lip going into each unit so even with the door open in the rain. I have had zero issues with water entering.

“Bricia at Smart Space Self Storage on Tamlin Road was absolutely amazing! When I first pulled up, there was a sign on the door saying she was out to lunch. She happened to still be close enough to notice that someone needed help and came back to help me before going to lunch. The fact that she chose to come back and help me right away really stood out to me.
I originally set everything up over the phone before moving to Colorado, and there had been some confusion with my reservation and the move-in special.
When I came in needing to switch to a smaller storage unit, Bricia took the time to look at everything, explain my options, and help me find something that actually fit my needs and budget. She was incredibly honest and even pointed out that I was paying much more than I needed to be.
What I appreciated most was that she genuinely seemed interested in helping me get the best option rather than trying to keep me in a more expensive unit. She was friendly, patient, transparent, and went out of her way to help me. I ended up with exactly what I needed at a MUCH better price.
Definitely ask for Bricia if you need help with storage. Her customer service was exceptional!”
