“Gary and Tammie and the amazing store helped me out beyond description and went the extra mile furnishing my home. As I moved and liquidated everything I didn’t know where to start and they came forward and stayed by my hubby and mine’s side and concluded it in a month and a half. They’re honest, caring and so helpful. I am for ever thankful and always happy with the quality and named brands. And I am still going and always come out with something. They’re the best in town. 👏👏👏I hope the store operates forever.

There are 2 large white boards that say the deals which were much appreciated (: staff was very friendly and everything looked so clean and organized! Prices were fair and I felt like I was getting a good deal with the things I purchased. As for the restrooms….. businesses are not obligated to open those to the public (: Will be coming back”

“Wonderful thrift store, great prices! A hidden gem! They also sell used medical equipment that is completely sanitized before they sell it. They can also answer questions as to what kind of equipment, size... etc that you might need. Employees are always friendly.”
“This store is God sent ?I was running very late and the staff and the gentleman that runs the store im sorry i dont recall his name was soo helpful ?in assisting me even though they were about to close. I was able to find some replacements for my dress blues to include top, hat, belt, patches, flags. I even got some dress heels. Everything was in great condition. Definitely saved me alot of money. I got everything free ?as I believe it is free for Airman. Thank you! ??”

“Starting in 2024 and forward this is a well organized and managed on-base thrift store, The staff is great as well. As with anything on-base, when in-doubt if they are open due to a holiday or base activity, call first. Keep up the great work.”
“The first time I came here, I felt uncomfortable with the slightly messy display and some dirty products. But! After getting used to it, it's really fun to find my own treasures. I found a beautiful candle holder, a gold tray, silk tops, and even a brand new Diane von Furstenberg dress!! Most of the staff are nice and friendly, although some of them are not lol, but it's okay. Every Saturday they have a 50% off sale, so don't miss it!”
“Yes, they have some more expensive stuff. But that’s because they have a more eclectic mix with things that would be more expensive no matter where you buy them. They aren’t any more expensive than any other thrift store with most items. I really liked this thrift store. They put on the price tag if they tested the electronics that you are purchasing before you buy them. That way you know they work before you pay for them. I really like that. Most of the store was very organized and clean and I liked it better than most thrift stores. The volunteers working there are very nice and they even gave me a reusable bag with my purchase. I don’t know if they do that for everyone or if it was just because I bought so much and some of it was glassware. But all in all I will definitely be back. And I definitely really like the store. If you haven’t been yet, you should check them out and see if you like the place. And a lot of the money goes to helping animals, so that’s awesome.”
“Experience was good! I took 2 large bags of cloths in today and they ended up taking 12 items and paid me $50. I was a little surprised considering everything was name brand ( torrid, Nike, Columbia). They did not take any skinny jeans which some were brand new. I ain’t mad at the pay out considering I was just going to donate it in the first place. Over all was a great experience the staff was friendly and got through my stuff fairly quickly. I will definitely go back to shop and sell.”
“The donation attendant, Adam, is phenomenal! Anytime we have ever come to donate, he has always gone above and beyond to help us unload, while always remaining very kind and pleasant! It’s not at all the same reaction we have received while donating at other donation centers! It’s very refreshing and appreciated! We appreciate Adam’s attention and kindness, thank you!”
“Literally the best Goodwill I've ever been to. Impeccably clean and well-organized. It's like shopping at a boutique but it's cheaper than the Arc. Very impressive.”
“This is a very good ARC. The staff at the dock where you leave donations are friendly and helpful and then we went inside. The store has a lot of stuff. clothes, knick-knacks, kitchen ware, furniture and household, toys and unique items. We took home almost as much as we dropped off but we found some great deals on things we can put to use. The store is neat and orderly but a little dusty but it is used stuff and it would be very difficult to get everything spotless. The staff was very helpful and the lady who checked us out was wonderful, we had a pleasant conversation as we were getting things rang up. Lot of parking that is not far away and a bright store inside made it a good visit. We thought the prices were good on the things we got and if we didn't like it we left it.”
“My favorite Arc location by far. I have liked all the staff I've interacted with. It's always a good experience with great finds. I go frequently, and volunteering there was fun as well! And the pictures below are just SOME of my favorite finds. They have everything from furniture, household items, clutter, collectors items, and books, to jewelry, bags of all kinds, clothes, shoes and other accessories.”

“Every week we come to this goodwill - and every week the customer service could not be better. there is a cashier with real curly hair that will always make you smile; he works the register and is always in a good mood. then there's Justin—this guy is always friendly and talks football like he is a podcaster, and every week Justin puts the customer first. The customer service is why I always come back; this store is clean and never a disaster like the austin bluffs store. even the outdoor section is organized. I would like to mention Z—she is always friendly and has a great attitude. this team of employees makes this store number one in Colorado Springs. I recommend this store to everyone just because of the employees: great attitude, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and will make you smile. 5 STARS!”
“Huge selection and they always have great deals going on. Every time I've been there the customer service has been good. Overall the store is clean and well organized with a great rotating stock of items. This one on Uintah is probably my favorite location to go to.”

My mom, grandma, and I come here once a week and my mom gets caned food and chicken. I am always so happy for it especially I love the canned applesauce.😄 Yummy!! They also have some nice clothes and decorations. I bought a cage here for 100$ dollars today, and I count that an answered prayer from God!! I've been praying for a larger cage for my parakeet. 😊 It was in good condition and all I had to do was clean it. I was thankful for a kind man who worked there named Levi who helped bring the cage to my car and get it in, I was very appreciative. God is good!”
