“Gary and Tammie and the amazing store helped me out beyond description and went the extra mile furnishing my home. As I moved and liquidated everything I didn’t know where to start and they came forward and stayed by my hubby and mine’s side and concluded it in a month and a half. They’re honest, caring and so helpful. I am for ever thankful and always happy with the quality and named brands. And I am still going and always come out with something. They’re the best in town. 👏👏👏I hope the store operates forever.

“We finally stopped here when the store was open and were very glad we did. This is a super thrift store, lots of stuff of all sorts, a large variety and some things that I haven't seen in a thrift store before. The prices were very good, less than many other thrift stores and the items that we saw were very good condition. We went in to just look around and came out with our arms full. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. This will be a frequent stop from now on. Thank you for having a great store and we really liked the music that you had on.”
“Well displayed, clean items line the isles, with rare finds put out daily. I can always find a ceiling light, tile, plantation shutters, or something special to entice me. Today I considered a mini-split, which was priced well and in good condition. Tomorrow it may be a unique room divider! And knowing my donations and purchases help a family needing housing gives an extra pleasure.”
“This is a fun store to shop at. The prices are a bit high on some items but there are some fun finds. The store is clean and the volunteers are friendly. Certainly a place to stop by and browse.”

“The staff is so friendly and helpful. There's a great variety of quality items to purchase at great prices. The only bummer is there is only street parking and you have to pay for it. But that's not their fault.”

“Love this place. They keep it really clean and they have all new stuff every time I visit. They also do the color tag sale thing that goodwill does. They have lots of shoes and purses and jewelry, more than I expected they'd carry. And they sell furniture here too. It's a faith based organization so they always have kinda loud Christian rock music playing on the store speakers and that gets a little annoying honestly but still 5 starsss”

“Starting in 2024 and forward this is a well organized and managed on-base thrift store, The staff is great as well. As with anything on-base, when in-doubt if they are open due to a holiday or base activity, call first. Keep up the great work.”
“Wonderful thrift store, great prices! A hidden gem! They also sell used medical equipment that is completely sanitized before they sell it. They can also answer questions as to what kind of equipment, size... etc that you might need. Employees are always friendly.”
“This store is God sent ?I was running very late and the staff and the gentleman that runs the store im sorry i dont recall his name was soo helpful ?in assisting me even though they were about to close. I was able to find some replacements for my dress blues to include top, hat, belt, patches, flags. I even got some dress heels. Everything was in great condition. Definitely saved me alot of money. I got everything free ?as I believe it is free for Airman. Thank you! ??”
“I've been looking for a thrift store that has reasonable prices for dog items and I found it right down the road from where I live exceptional service friendly staff great prices and variety not just of dog items either the store has household goods and anything you can think of at a great price!”

“I needed a phone charger cord because as usual my phone died, we couldn't find one at king soopers or the dollar store. Entering the arc we had high hopes but were soon disappointed as we observed the rack of wires and also did not find the C charger we needed. About to give up and leave a middle aged black man emerged from the back... His name is Kevin, Kevin deserves a raise and opportunity for growth thru promotion because the customer service he carried as well as relentlessness to satisfy the customer he took the time to ask me exactly what I needed then proceeded to dig thru 3 different boxes while pulling other phones cords out separating as he search.. We had a conversation aboit past work ethic and life experience and I could tell the man had honor and respect aboit himself and the task he has been hired to do. He understood the assignment and annihilated the task at hand. Not only did he find the charger I needed but up sold a car adaptor with it. The tribulations express thru the conversation I had with him exubbed the will and drive to overcome and conquer the horrors of his past by providing a smile and a light of hope for those who cross his path! If every person was jus a little more like Kevin I believe the world would be alot better place. The costumer service was on point, the conversation while searching for needed item was educational and inspiring... Again I vote Kevin for president or atleast a buck or two raise. Employees like him are few and far between believe me I kno being the owner of a Junk Removal company... He mentioned he jus received a 5 stat something or other and I told him I would leave him a review to be sure The Arc hierarchy will recognize Kevin again for his work ethic while smiling and truly being helpful and informative while hard at work.. Thank You Again Kevin, my phone is now charged and we have Kevin to thank for that. The whole reason I needed a charger was to conduct the bisness I had for my company that day and if it weren't for Kevin and his commitment to the Arc and its customers I was able to save my job and seal a very beneficial deal for my company... Thank you again Kevin and dont ever let neone else Drive your bus.. Uve got the gears down jus fine if I say so myself... Sry for the rant I just feel Kevin get the credit and recognization he deserves.... Sincerely Justin (the guy who needed a cord) lol I look forward to my next conversation with Kevin and he should be manager by then. I believe alot more bisness will be satisfied under the guidance and control Mr Kevin can without a doubt provide! JTM out....”
“Literally the best Goodwill I've ever been to. Impeccably clean and well-organized. It's like shopping at a boutique but it's cheaper than the Arc. Very impressive.”

My mom, grandma, and I come here once a week and my mom gets caned food and chicken. I am always so happy for it especially I love the canned applesauce.😄 Yummy!! They also have some nice clothes and decorations. I bought a cage here for 100$ dollars today, and I count that an answered prayer from God!! I've been praying for a larger cage for my parakeet. 😊 It was in good condition and all I had to do was clean it. I was thankful for a kind man who worked there named Levi who helped bring the cage to my car and get it in, I was very appreciative. God is good!”
“Every week we come to this goodwill - and every week the customer service could not be better. there is a cashier with real curly hair that will always make you smile; he works the register and is always in a good mood. then there's Justin—this guy is always friendly and talks football like he is a podcaster, and every week Justin puts the customer first. The customer service is why I always come back; this store is clean and never a disaster like the austin bluffs store. even the outdoor section is organized. I would like to mention Z—she is always friendly and has a great attitude. this team of employees makes this store number one in Colorado Springs. I recommend this store to everyone just because of the employees: great attitude, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and will make you smile. 5 STARS!”

“The gentleman who helped me at the donation drop off 11/25/26 (fairly tall, plaid shirt, black ball cap, some light facial hair) was really nice! In the past when I have come here to donate items, nobody greeted me or they just waved. This guy came over, grabbed everything from my truck, thanked me and told me to have a great day multiple times, and asked if I needed a receipt. I didn't have to lift a finger. That's the best experience I've had here by far and I hope he is recognized!”

“I do enjoy the massive selection and random finds here. I am not however a fan of the patrons. They horde all of the shopping carts for most of the day. The only other Goodwill Outlet I have been to was in Waco, TX but this one far surpasses it in sheer quantity. Happy Hunting.”
