These guys are great! I took my Miata MX5 in due to a check engine light coming on (although it had gone out the day I took it in.) They did a complete diagnostic check and said my computer had not recorded the warning light coming on so it was just a fluke. My car was up to date on all the necessary services and I was not charged for the diagnostics. I was certainly expecting a charge, but they wouldn't. I've dealt with them once before and they were great with the repairs and dealing with my warranty insurance. I feel they are very honest and I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again!

My family and I have been using Tire World since we moved back to Colorado in 2013. Dave in the front was always amazing. He seemed to really care. Dave left recently and we had a really bad experience. We dropped my sons car off after we had a diagnostic run and told them not to run another diagnostic. They agreed. When I received the call from them stating that new spark plugs and coils would cost 1700.00, I was a little shocked. My son does have a vehicle with a 5.7l Hemi so I knew there would be 16 spark plugs. They mentioned changing "both coils", however I am pretty sure there would be 8 coils. Parts was going to cost $1000.00. I was shocked. Then, before I got the key to take the car home, I was charged 170.00 for a diagnostic. Aside from that, my sons Beats Headphones disappeared from his vehicle. I understand my son should not have left them in there, but I never would have guessed they would be stolen at Tire World. I have referred everyone I know to Tire World, however I don't think we will go back. The service is not the same and the cost was insane. I talked to three other reputable shops and got total prices between $860.00 to $1246.00.

Excellent service. Unfortunately Dave has left this company and gone to a competitor. Dave was one of Tire World's best assets. Bring him back.

By far the most pleasant and professional tire shop I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Everyone was very friendly, they also offered complimentary shuttle service to and from the shop while I waited for them to fix my tire. Friendly and fast service. If you’re in the area and need tires or other car services, I’d HIGHLY recommend Tire World.

Ordered tires from their website and scheduled a 530pm appointment. Get there they tell me that they don't do tire installation that late. Claimed website "shouldn't let me make an appointment that late." They start asking me to reschedule, but I ask if they at least have my tires, they tell me "oh no, you can't get tires of that size for that cheap. They only sell them in California." I ask why no one made any attempt to reach me before I drove on a donut tire to my appointment time. They claim someone should have emailed me and maybe called me. I have no record of either. Never experienced something so farcical.

I have been a long time customer, often paying higher prices because the quality of service received. That changed this past weekend. I will never go back to Tire World. I came in because my tire light was on. I offered what I thought it might be since this has happened in the past. The service agent dismissed me saying I should go somewhere else multiple times. After several attempts back and forth, he agreed to have someone look at my tires. Except they didn’t. I had to take my car in to a competitor today because of their failure to identify or address the issue. It was a simple repair to my back tire that would have been found if anyone even looked at it. Tire World is a tire store that doesn’t repair tires that are under warranty and purchased from them.

I’ve gone to a lot of automotive shops in the city and these folks are the BEST!! From basic maintenance to more complex repairs, they do excellent work every time, their prices are well below the “other guys”, and every single person I’ve ever talked to there is professional, informative, thorough, and SO friendly!! I won’t take my vehicle anywhere else, period. Thanks, Tire World West, for the best auto service in town!

I have never posted a bad review for a company, I strive for only positive reviews. With that being said, I can not stay quite about an intentional safety concern caused to my vehicle. I recently had my 2007 Toyota Tundra in at this shop for an oil change and tire rotation on 07/15/23. After my vehicle was serviced, the tech Dylan called me and informed me there was a laundry list of items that need to be repaired on the vehicle, including struts, parking brake shoes, rack and pinion, axle seal, etc. After I picked up my vehicle on 07/15/23 I noticed a significant difference in the braking. There was an awful, grinding noise coming from the rear of my vehicle, within the first hour of driving my car. I thought maybe the brake pads just needed to be worn in, but After a long drive to Peyton and Pueblo Colorado, I inspected the car and found the rear driver side brake pad was completely missing, and there was nothing in between the caliper and the brake pad holder. The excessive heat and friction essentially burnt my caliper away, causing damage and a major safety concern. I am no mechanic, but it is to my knowledge that it requires some sort of labor or intent to remove a brake pad – it is not something that just slips out or goes missing. I’ve heard rumors of shops taking parts from customers vehicles to guarantee they will return for the work to be completed- I truly hope this was not the case here but after radio silence, it’s starting to feel that way. I did reach out to Dylan to get this set right and at first he seemed to have cared. After sending an email and not hearing back, I went in the shop a week or so later and he said he would get back to me. It has been radio silence since then, and I went out of pocket to get the work done because it was “extremely urgent” according to the shop. Extremely disappointed, would not return and would leave 0 stars if possible. Inflicting unnecessary work to another persons car and creating an unsafe environment for myself and my passengers will never be okay.

Horrible place! Save yourself and go someplace else. It's not worth the trouble. I NEVER leave reviews but this place was beyond bad so I felt I had to warn others. They charged us $700 for new tires 6 months after they put on new tires on our Jeep because they failed to align the first set of tires so they wore after 5 months. They took 3.5 weeks to figure out a "solution" which was just charging us again. They were rude, and dishonest. Sad people feel they need to take peoples money like they are doing here at tire world.

Poor service and dishonest. Worst place Ihave ever been toand unwilling to admit they did a crappy job and then charged us for new tires again after 5 months because they didn't align them to start which likelt they are doing to make extra bucks since they just said it was my fault for driving?! whatever that means. I cant believe they take advantage of people and steal their money like they did and do. So sad and disgusting!

Great value, good service, and clear communication. I had a fully synthetic oil change and my car was in and out in just around 1 hour. David F. was polite, knowledgeable, well-spoken, and precise. Will come back without any question.

I always bring my car here for servicing as I know it'll be well taken care of. The techs I've dealt with have always been courteous and knowledgeable, providing prompt service even on shorter notices. Would highly recommend for mechanic services on any make/model.

Driving into town from Wisconsin and the wear indicators start squealing like a caught pig. We wanted to drive to the summit of Pike's Peak while out here, so we needed to get the brakes replaced immediately. A random search brought up Tire World, and it being Friday at 4 pm, it was the only close option. Now I wish I could make it my regular shop. Super fast, super friendly, great price and quality work (if I am wrong, check headlines for Wisconsin Family Drives Off Cliff ?).It was really busy on Monday morning when I dropped it off, with a line already at the door and calls ringing in. It was nothing but smiles and efficiently getting everyone set. The courtesy shuttle was quick to drop off and pick up and the driver was friendly and helpful. As I said I wish I could make it my place to take the family vehicles but anyone living close should definitely do just that!

Got me in and taken care of despite a mix-up in the appointment time I scheduled online. They did a thorough check out of the car and gave me an estimate for a torn CV boot and told me that due to the low milage on my vehicle it might be covered by warranty.Great honest service. I will back.
