The branch is fine. The ATM is worthless unless you really like $100 bills, because that's all you're going to get.

Horrible service. Trying to deposit 50k into a business account. The teller had my business card which has the account number than asked if I know my account I said I didn't so he insisted I find my phone to get the number stated didn't have it and wasnt willing to help do his job. I'll be moving all my business accts soon. They wonder why there rating is a 2.9 on Google shame.

30+ min wait times in drive thru for commercial lane. Please get more clerks for your drive-thru as it's only been one every time I drop deposit.

I've been with US Bank please approximately 8 years now started at the downtown Colorado Springs Bank on Tejon and they've always been great to me. Unfortunately like with everything the customer service people, the bankers, tellers, they come and go yet they still have continuous great service.

I've been a customer since late 20.11 and I have NEVER had a problem. As a matter of fact, I've experienced NOTHING but fabulous help from very kind people. It always feels like "Family." I would also say the same about the 800 number customer service. I am truly sorry for all those who have had bad experiences...I wish you the best.

Manager refused to waive the $7 fee to cash a US Bank cashiers check... Double dip much?And they wonder why I choose to bank with a credit union...

Please hire more Tellers at the drive thru. It doesn't matter if there are 10 cars or 2 cars in the drive thru.... It still takes 15 to 20 minutes minimum to get in and out.

26 minutes to cash a check while only 2 vehicles are in your drive through is not acceptable... its not this difficult. Except at this location apparently it is.

I just spent 40 minutes in the line at the drive-through at this bank. That is totally ridiculous! Hire more tellers!

We applied for a loan and were told we would be called within 15 min. They never called us so we went into the branch at which time the manager said he would personally call us with our stuff by the end of the day. He never called us, and the branch never answers their phone which consequently cost us our deal. The dealership sold our purchase out from under us as we didn’t secure financing soon enough. Use anyone else

They take too much time for the service even if it's for withdrawal. I wanted to get 50 because the ATM only have 20s. The lady took more than 15 minutes to tell me that she can't do that service for something that happened on my account and to back the next day. I told her so I go to the ATM and get 60 and she change me one 20 in two 10 but she said that the ATM don't gonna work too.Also when you enter nobody is there and when someone appears. They prefer to take 10 or more minutes to finish what they are doing instead to attend you even when is one one person waiting.
