I called and an employee named peyton i believe was very disrespectful and unhelpful i asked him to answer a question and he repeated something that I already had heard and after i told him that i didnt ask about what he was giving me information to he just hung up

Very poor customer service and I left the bank (after my second visit for the day) feeling unsure that what I needed to accomplish was not done. I called today to speak with a branch manager and was notified they did not have one. The gentleman was very nice but did not really know how to address my issue.

Customer service was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had.
