Passports: walk in for Saturday the website is a bit misleading. Only 9-11, and it's really not "walk in" because they give out 12 tickets only to get those spots. They give those tickets out early 7/730. So go there early sat and get a ticket, then go run some errands/grab breakfast. The Guy who does the actual renewal/application appointment is absolutely wonderful. *Add in need a debit card or cash to pay for part of the renewal, can't do it all on a credit card, $100ish....

I’ve always had great experiences except for today. The female with the short shaved head was so beyond rude. I had simple questions and all she could do was shake her head no. Couldn’t even say the word no or explain the answer to me. I felt like a child. Please talk to your employees about customer service skills.

Very rude lady at the front desk (the blonde one) We made an appointment at 12 (weeks in advance) for our passports to be told he went to lunch and won’t be back until 12:30. Then why even give us that time for an appointment? The lady was super rude and did not help at all. What is the point of even scheduling an appointment if you’re not going tohonor it? Just because you’re the only one in the area for passport appointments doesn’t mean you have to rude or act like you’re inferior to anyone else trying to get a passport. You are still getting paid for your job.

I wish there was a way to leave 0 stars because this facility doesn’t deserve the 1 star. Made an appointment weeks in advance for my son’s passport for 11:45. Me, my husband who took off work, and my two kids, arrive at the facility for our appointment 15 minutes early to be rudely told by the clerk that the individual doing the passports just went to lunch. Funny because I actually saw the guy leave and he could have easily completed our appointment and left because we were there early. When asked what is the point of making an appointment, she rudely responds “well he had to take a lunch and we CANT block off time on the usps passport website “, as if that was my issue! I understand people have to eat, but seriously, what is the point of booking something WEEKS in advance. She then says that he’d be back in an hour. So now, a 10 minute visit turns into over 1 hour 15 minutes because the guy didn’t even come back on time.To add more fun to this disturbing visit, there was now a line of people there for a passport appointment. They then made it seem like they were doing us a favor by moving us to the front of the line. (Doesn’t help because now my kids are tired of waiting)Advice: go elsewhere for a passport appointment or even mailing an item2. Train your employees on empathy. The young lady with the blonde hair was very rude, and matter of fact.3. If you just go here, Don’t even bother booking, just show up as a walk in. They don’t honor appointments. If you must go here, go before 11:30 or after 1:00 because apparently lunch breaks are 1 1/2 hours and there’s only one person.Ridiculous

This is the MOST IMCOMPETENT facility in the country. I have not received my mail for two days following the Monday holiday. I have a credit card bill due in a few days, and they can't deliver the ORIGINAL OR THE DUPLICATE I ASKED FOR. My son has a car payment due in a few days as well. This post office won't answer the phone and the POSTMASTER is NEVER "available." NOT TO MENTION, our mail constantly is misdelivered due to the "batchers" there. Change of address is IGNORED.

Opening a claim is a useless process, as they are handled by the sub-par, high-school dropouts that gice 2 sh1ts about transporting packages. No wonder USPS has been so close to bankruptcy more than twice. You are a useless government expense. The package I have may not be worth a lot, but the thousands of items your Ftards have ruined is the point. You're missing the principal behind people placing their trust into your govt hands.
