We just moved here 3 weeks ago and holidays around the corner one of my relatives sent over packages with their name on 4 of them ??♀️but the manager at this postal office helped me out so much!! I was able to get my packages plus add my relative on to my address for the time they are visiting. So far great experience! Thank you!

Visited this location twice. Shame on me! Stopped in and morning then afternoon, it’s pretty busy for just one person to run the entire front counter! Definitely can say Candace works hard! I just have to say that management needs to hire more personnel.

Don't get a PO box here. Understaffed constantly, and packages take a day extra to be picked up often.

Can you please hire more than 1 person to work the front desk? Its ridiculous.Every time I go in there the line is backed up to the door and I literally have to wait 40 minutes to pick up my package……Dont get a PO Box here unless you want to stand in line for an hour

This postal is jackass, the line of postal is so freaking long, because they only have one desk open, and also, people cannot pick box by themselves, they have to pick from unit mails room

Extremely slow. There is a line more often than not with one window open. Not sure if it’s understaffed or workers just aren’t concerned. The one in Fountain has been better for me.

Update: found out no one is living in the original house yet. They claim that mail is not delivered to a vacant house, which is a lie because my mail was being delivered to a vacant house prior to the address change. This post office just refuses to do their job. Either the red headed lady up front lies, or the manager is just lazy.I’m missing lots of mail. When we got our address I put in a change of address. Housing had to move us into a different home. Went to this post office to put in a correct of address. I had some stuff delivered from the first original house, but not everything. I get pictures of what needs to be delivered. I have some important documents from my previous jobthat I need but I can’t ever get ahold of them and they close so early I can’t make it in after work.

Useless. If i wanted a call center robot i would have called. Not drove all the way up here to file a claim just for them to tell me to call a number because they dont want to deal with me.

Different peoples mail keeps getting put in my mail box. Also when I get notifications of my mail for that day some or all of it goes missing or never shows up. So I’m pretty sure my mail is being put in the wrong boxes.

2 staff members are very kind. The rest need retrained. And a dose of kindness. 1 woman actually listen led when I came in with a fraud issue. She helped me hold my mail and filled out a fraud paper. Also you guy need a phone for important questions... or of you have phones... ANSWER THEM!

Have had a package in the post office for days now and can never seem to be there when someone who actually knows how to do their job is there and retrieve it. If you’re new to the area I would strongly suggest NOT getting a P.O. Box here.

The manager that runs this place and the people beneath her, are terrible workers. The sign will say they close at 4:30, and then they will turn people away at 4:13 and claim it is due to policy. When asked to see this policy, they could come up with nothing. They just don't care and it's sad that these people are able to keep their jobs when they do it so poorly and carelessly, and with zero compassion for hardworking soldiers and their families.

Im a small business owner and use the post office on Fort Carson ALOT. I go in to turn in my packages and get a receipt to prove to my customers and Etsy that ive done my job. This morning i politely said to the lady, "you dont have to mark my receipt cause i know all that." I hate the scribbles and circles all over them. Looks like a 5 year old got to them and unprofessional. She abruptly tells me she has to. Now last time i checked we pay for the service and if we ask for something like that then it should be done. Its funny how another clerk ive used several times doesnt mark all over peoples receipts so the whole "i have to" must only apply to some. See I would be having my packages picked up at home instead of hauling my self to the building but when i do that my packages ARE NOT PICKED UP (happened more then once). So I have no choice to go in and drop them off my dang self and get a receipt. Its disspointing to have to deal with issues that should NOT be issues in the first place.
