Awful experience here. Lost my birthday card and two of my packages that were proved to be delivered to the Ft Carson mailroom. I called the manager for help and he was very nasty and rude. He did not even try to help. He got very hostile and talked over me.

Worst USPS I have ever had to deal with. They put random peoples mail in the mail box but when it comes to your mail they don’t put it. Went in person to USPS and they were no help and couldn’t get my letters because “there’s too many letters to just get mine out”.
