Valero is a clean and well-kept truck stop with friendly staff. The customer service is amazing and the restrooms are very clean and smell nice. It offers showers and parking for trucks, though overnight parking is not free. The place is under new ownership and has come a long way, providing great food. It is a good alternative to other packed stations in the area, making it a main stop for many travelers driving through.
Driving back from Arizona (after visiting my sick grandfather) I decided to stop in (4/28) after driving for 11hrs for a drink and restroom break. I was greeted by the sweetest lady working the register. It's been a rough week for me so I truly appreciate her kindness and our little conversation.

Ebony, was hands-down, the nicest gas station employee I have ever encountered. Went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for in a hurry without having to ask her. Truly made my day.
