“My GSD was given such good care. We started out at their Urgent Care for a leg wound. He was there 4-5 days for surgery & red light therapy & it healed up great! The staff called with updates every day, as well as a call to get tips from me when he wouldn't eat for them. The doctors were very caring: they took their time with explanations, answering my questions and setting up a plan of care (keeping cost in mind for me too). I will definitely use them again. We're in Colorado Springs, but it's worth the drive! Thank you, TCVC-Falcon, for all you did for Dillinger! ❤”

After trying so many different things and paying hundreds of dollars to no avail, I finally found a vet that could help him. Dr. Curran was very thorough in her examination and after just the one visit, so far he has barely scratched! I'm very pleased and I'm sure my GS is too! I really appreciate Dr. Curran and her staff and what they've done for my dog. I look forward to being a regular with this clinic!”

“Dr. Hackbarth saw my miniature schnauzer, Reagan, this week for a UTI when our regular vet, Dr. Birkholz, was not in. Dr. Hackbarth was WONDERFUL. She listened well. She explained things very clearly. She allowed time for me to ask questions. I felt she was fully engaged, well informed and knowledgeable, and very approachable and responsive. They were both incredibly gentle, compassionate, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire appointment. They took the time to answer my questions, made both me and my horses feel at ease, and provided exceptional care. I also want to recognize Jonathan in the front office. He was so patient, understanding, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He could not have been kinder, and his warmth and professionalism made scheduling and coordinating everything so much easier. It was such a relief to have such a caring and dedicated team looking after our horses. Their positive attitudes, expertise, and compassion made all the difference. “Dr. Mack is the best. She has helped me with my dog diagnosed with diabetes. She did everything in her power to get him well. He is doing much better thanks to the staff at East Springs Animal Hospital. He has to go again due to tummy problems, under her care he is doing much better. Highly recommend this vet clinic.the techs are all really helpful and knowledgeable. The front desk ladies are always professional and make each person feel welcomed.”

“I've been to this office quite a few times for a number of different pets and have always had amazing experiences. What is pushing me to write this review now is how my little mouse Charlie was taken care of during his last moments. A few weeks ago, I found my pet mouse with a problem that couldn't go unseen, so I got an appointment for him as soon as possible at this hospital. Once we were in, Dr Markel treated my little mouse, along with me and my partner with such respect and kindness, even when informing me it may be time to gauge his quality of life and determine if it was time to let my little boy go. They gave us time with him, and Dr. Markle promised me that he was going to be not afraid in those final moments. It's always hard losing your best friend. The staff were respectful and kind from the beginning to the end of this trip, but it went on even after I exited the building. A few days later, I went to pick up his ink and clay prints that I'd requested. Reignited some of the feelings I'd put away, but it was a beautiful reminder of my little buddy. A good couple week have passed since I went in for that appointment, not knowing I'd be leaving with one less friend, but time always helps heal. Yet, despite the time that passed, there was one more thing NPAH had to offer. A handwritten sympathy card from some of the staff. I opened it with my partner and we both cried to what everyone had to say. It was a beautiful thing to read after all this time- I'm still tearing up writing this review while looking at this card. A huge and warm thank you to Natalie, Meghan, Dr. Leinburger, and especially Dr. Markle for making that sad day the best it could have been. Thank you Dr. Markle for treating my sweet Charlie boy with such kindness and care, I will never forget the names you came up with for him during an exam or the fun facts you shared about my little mus musculus. Rest In Peace Charlie the mouse, you were loved beyond what you could comprehend in your little mouse head. I miss you. Thank you NPAH.”

“I had an emergency situation with my little old man here, all the girls up front were very sweet (special shout-out to Kaitlin!!!!??) and Dr Tyler Smith was very focused on getting my boy taken care of. I was able to pick him up last night and bring him home, I'm so very thankful!? I saw people mentioning Dr Mac in previous reviews, and yes he was wonderful all the many years he was here!!! BUT, I wouldn't wanted anyone other than Dr Tyler Smith monitoring my boy yesterday anyways! Very attentive and communicated with me throughout the process! Also, I saw people in other reviews mentioning poor communication and rudeness at the front desk... please make sure that you have your own communication and manners in line before accusing these sweet young ladies of acting inappropriately. Yes, we all love our fur babies and we want to get them taken care of, but it needs to be a team effort, INCLUDING the fur parent!❤️”

“Really great experiences thus far! Been going here two years with our two medium and large female dogs (Luna and Kora respectively). The staff have done a great job, particularly with our incredibly anxious senior dog with a history of unknown trauma. They set her up with a medication regiment to make going to the vet much more tolerable. Today she initially protested the male vet, but he had us place her on the table, and she was immediately amenable to his examination. The exam and questions he asked were very thorough, which we appreciated as we navigate her geriatric stage. For our younger pup, we had another vet who helped her when she was feeling miserable from the seasonal allergy change. She got quick relief with the cytopoint injection, and we were so grateful! Thank you all so much for the care and patience each of you has provided our furry babies these last two years! It means a lot to us 💓”

“We love Pets First Animal Hospital! We have been going here since we moved here 4 years ago and they have exceeded our expectations! Our girl dog is getting older now and has had several medical issues in the past year- Dr. Walker, Monique, and their team caught gallbladder/spleen issues right away at her regular checkup when our dog wasn't even showing symptoms yet, which is extremely rare for a spleen mass! Dr. Walker went to CSU vet school (which says a lot because they're one of the best in the country), and she highly recommends them for all major surgeries- like our dog's spleen removal. Pets First has been great with regular medications to treat our dog's developing arthritis as well- we're currently looking into methods to help her and they truly care about her pain and discomfort! They also are great with trying to keep costs down even though we have had so many issues- I'd say it is one of the most cost conscious vets in the Springs! We highly highly recommend Pets First!”

“This PETCO is pretty massive. They have a groomer which I have not brought my doggo to but should have. Either way, pretty generic pet store chain with plenty of variety. My dog needs limited ingredients food and they have ample choices. Just got a little kitten, too, and picked up the basics.”

“I took my cat into Southern Rockies Animal Emergency + Specialty yesterday for an abscess on his back. I was quickly taken to an exam room, where the vet tech as well as the vet came in within minutes to exam him. Dr. Acquaviva was very kind and thorough with his exam and treatment plan. My cat was then sedated in order to have his abscess drained, however he turned into an absolute DEMON when coming down from the sedation in the exam room! He was actually quite dangerous due to his aggression and the situation was a little scary, but the staff handled it incredibly well. I am so thankful for Cierra's calm attitude and her truly genuine concern for my safety and wellbeing. We eventually got him home and he is doing well. Thank you Southern Rockies Animal Emergency!!”
