Waited a hour just for them to answer to get told to call back, I got put on hold to be told they will call back because she was to busy to give you any information on a medication that was done for refill. That she had my information and would call back.

Wait times are too long. Impossible to speak with anyone on the phone. They are understaffed and overworked to the point that it seems dangerous to patients.
