This is a terrible review of some nice, dedicated pharmacists & techs working under inhumane conditions. They are doing their best but are chronically understaffed. So much so that THE DRIVE-UP PHARMACY IS CLOSED. You can wait ON HOLD for UP TO 45 MINUTES. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. One question: ARE YOU LISTENING, WALGREEN’S CORPORATE? FIX THIS STORE. YOU’VE LOST MY BUSINESS UNTIL YOU DO!

This Walgreens location is just absolutely the worst. Third time here to pick up my medication and they still don’t have it ready. It’s been over 36 hours since my doctor sent the script. Highly recommend not using this location

Great Walgreens that always leaves me satisfied. I've popped in here before for random things...water filter, notebook, cards, and I've never left disappointed. Today was no different. I came in for a notebook and new pens, as I have a course this weekend and wanted to feel prepared. I perused the office isle, eyeing the various writing instruments, notebooks, journals, planners, etc. I felt that the selection was broad, but not overstimulating which made it easier to decide which supplies were right for me. After that win, I went to check out the toothpaste and boom-found exactly what I needed. There was a line at the checkout, but it was moving along quickly and the impressive chapstick assortment helped ease the wait. I got sucked into buying a tantalizing little fruit pink chapstick that makes me feel like a new woman. My cashier was quite friendly and enjoyable to chat with! It's always a 5 star experience at Walgreens. Can't wait to see where my next shopping trip takes me.

Switched my prescription to this pharmacy after my regular one was unexpectedly closed for the day. They tell me my prescription isn't ready and the request has been sent to my prescriber - that's fine I guess I can go one day without my medication even though I'm not supposed to. 4 days go by and I'm waiting for my prescription to be filled so I call my provider and get a message an hour later that they have filled it and sent it to Walgreens. An hour after that, my Walgreens app says that my prescription has been denied and to talk to the pharmacy about that. I go in and they confirm it's been denied by my provider and there's nothing they can do to help. So I call my provider and explain the situation. After being helped my 3 people (highly recommend UC health) my provider is spoken to by a nurse and confirms that it was filled out. So the nurse calls Walgreens to figure this out for me and tells me that my request was not denied, but Walgreens was filling it and they just told me it was denied for no reason. So annoyed and frustrated with the pharmacy here. Do not recommend. As another review said they make you jump through hoops to get your medication and I completely agree. Now I have to restart my medication cycle.

DO NOT use this pharmacy. My grandmother went in with a prescription given to her at urgent care. The Dr. told her to fill it immediately and take it asap. She got up to the counter and without even looking at the prescription, the rude lady told her it would be 48 hours to get it filled because they were behind. She was there an hour and a half before closing. It's a 5 pill prescription. And the lady didn't even look at it so she can't say it was because they were out of said medication. The rude worker told her to go to another pharmacy. My grandmother is 87. She can't drive that far. If I wasn't in town to help her, she would've gone without a medication that she desperately needed. If these pharmacy techs/pharmacists don't actually care about the individual and only see their job as counting pills then get a different job. This isn't the one for you. Your indifference can be the line between someone having a lifesaving medication. They had an hour and a half before close and had only one person waiting for a flu shot, not a prescription. And no one in the drive-thru. I checked. This is shameful. They just didn't feel like adding to their workload. If they can't see that every prescription has a human being behind it, they shouldn't be in that field. And if they are backed up that far, they also shouldn't be in that field. If it truly is 2 days for 5 pills then the pharmacy workers are incompetent and so is management. Disgusting! I am posting this review everywhere I can. People will know that you had a worker not even acknowledge an 87 year old woman needing an emergency prescription.

If you want to jump through hoop after hoop to actually get the medication prescribed to you, and then still somehow receive a medication you have never received a prescription for, then this is the place for you! Everyone is unhelpful and rude. I've never written a Yelp review before but my hatred for this Walgreens is insane. I am a very patient person, but when I'm constantly having to go days without my meds despite refills being put in far in advance I have to implore others to choose another pharmacy.

Went in a few days ago, and the ladies helping me were great, but it seemed like one of the workers there didn’t want to help at all. She had red hair and was just crying about what seemed like nothing(extremely unprofessional). Idk what kind of people manage this location but it seems like the ones that actually work hard get no help at all and seemed very overwhelmed.

If I could give zero Stars I would. I went in and asked to reload a prepaid card and was scolded for being rude by the youngest person I've ever seen hold a job.. These people clearly do not want your money, nor do they actually want to work. Go to any other store, mayb CVS

My mother was released from the hospital today after surgery and needs some critical meds. I am currently in line at the pharmacy and I am so frustrated. I tried calling to let them know that I was on my way and ask if they could fill it urgently. After spending 1 hour and 23 mins on hold it was finally my turn to chat with them. They hung up on me. And when I called back I was at the end of the line again. So here I am: 2.5 hours later. Sitting in line. On my second phone call. This place is a nightmare.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. They can receive your prescription at 9 am and it still won't be ready the next day. And they don't care that you need it.

Tried using their pharmacy - they managed to screw up automatic refills so badly I was forced to find another pharmacy. Complaints were ignored. Got over-charged by $20 for a blood pressure meter when we had to get one in an emergency - we'll be going in today to talk to the manager and get our money back. Far too many problems over and over and they really think that they are the most trusted pharmacy? Customer service is a joke - people don't like working there and it shows. Avoid this this place at all costs!
