Terrible experience with walgreens pharmacy today. I requested and qualified for a free covid testing at this location. When I attempted to get tested I was told it cost money.Your staff needs to get a better understanding of the covid testing policy provided through your website.

Always closed early because they’re short staffed, frequently out of RXs.

I try to be kind and extend grace when stores don't adhere to their posted business hours because, life be life-ing. But, as a business, my expectation of you is to balance your human resources with your clients' needs and effectively communicate any changes that need to be made.I don't own a car, so I've gotten into the practice of checking store/restaurant times to see if it's even worth it. Walgreen's posted close time is 8 p.m. So yesterday (Thursday), when I got to this Walgreens at about 7:45 p.m. and saw a sign saying that they closed at 7 p.m., I shrugged it off and decided that I'd return on Friday. However, when I got there today at 3 p.m. and saw a sign saying that they closed at 1 p.m. today and won't reopen until 9 a.m. on Monday, I got annoyed very quickly. Why? Because, since I don't own a car, I have to Uber/Lyft everywhere I go. Between yesterday and today, I essentially wasted $40 on transport to and from Walgreens without getting what I came for. I'll now have to dish out another $20 for my next trip on Monday.Secondly, if the plan was to close early, why wouldn't you include the new closing time for today (Friday) on the same sheet where you announced the early closing for Thursday (yesterday), so that people would know AHEAD OF TIME that you were closing at 1? And why wouldn't you post the new closing times for Monday and the rest of the week?!I'll probably need to find a new, more reliable pharmacy. I'm surprised at all the challenges I'm experiencing here. It's mind-blowing to me that do many places don't offer better customer experiences.

The sign outside states FLU SHOTS NOW WALK-INS WELCOME.I walked in at approximately 1 pm. There was no one, not a single person in line or anyone waiting for a flu shot. I was informed I had to make an appointment online. I suggested to the girl they might want to consider changing their sign out front and she just shrugged, yes she shrugged and said "You still have to go line". No appology, no comment just nothing.

Online says the pharmacy is open until 9pm yet it's almost 8pm and their typed up sign now says 8pm. Not hard to update your Google site.

These folks were exceedingly kind to me. Frankly I’m not used to that at the pharmacies I’ve been using. And I was able to talk to someone on the phone which also I’m also not used to. At 72 I go for all the kindness I can get but they are also much more efficient at filling my scrips andDealing with my concerns. It’s Walgreens from now on!

Realizing that there is a shortage in staff, I believe the staff is doing the best they can to fill peoples prescriptions. They need breaks too so I understand when they are closed. Thank you for doing a great job for what is within your power. Keep up the good work.

Regularly wait for a week or more for prescriptions they say will be ready yesterday. No way to reach them on the phone without waiting on hold for an hour. Utterly ridiculous. There is no such thing as a good Walgreens location.

First they close Sundays then cut their hours during the week but didn't update their voicemail message. Getting the pharmacy department on the phone is almost impossible lately. Thinking about moving my prescriptions to Walmart

Severely understaffed. Randomly posts “We’re closed” signage when staff decides not to come in for work that day. Never have my scripts ready when they are supposed to be. Waiting in store for scripts is a thing of the past- not an option here. 3-4 hours MINIMUM for 1 script to get filled. Very new/not-very-knowledgeable or friendly staff. Incorrect information given and several mistakes made. Dangerous & worrisome. Tells me a PA is needed for WEEKS when it wasn’t. Everyone too lazy to actually look into it and solve the problem. Staff blames “system glitches”. You will also wait forever here because they are always busy. Pharmacist always makes you wait for medication consults- as you stand literally right in front of her, she casually continues to work on her pile of stuff. No sense of urgency! I could go on & on. Just the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Seriously wish there were more options!

Love this Walgreens!! I have used their photo department for quite a while now and I just recently discovered their canvas prints!!! They had a 75% off coupon so I used it and wow. Ready in under an hour and it was spectacular!!! I went ahead and turned right around and ordered another. It’s just as great!
