I have used Walgreens pharmacies for over 25 years in Colorado Springs. For the most part, they are very efficient and courteous. This particular one has been great!

The pharmacy has been closed off and on for the past few weeks. So you never know if the pharmacy will be open when you need your meds picked up. When they are open they are understaffed and the drive in pharmacy will take 30 min on a good day. I have moved my RX’s to UCHealth. Way better service and accuracy elsewhere.

They never have enough staff in the pharmacy. The wait at the drive thru is often times more than 30 minutes, even in the middle of the day on a Wednesday!
