Worst experience I've ever had with Wells Fargo. I'm a premier member and told me I had to have an appoint. He was doing nothing and his next client wasn't due for 15 minutes. Wouldn't take care of a simple wire transfer. I'm ticked and ready to dump Wells Fargo

Two ladies working inside were rude when I asked what paperwork was needed to open a bank acct for my daughter. Unfortunately, I was unable to get their names upon departing. We opened at a different location instead (500 N Circle), way better welcoming experience there!

I come in here for my job all the time and everyone here is so kind and overall great employees. I was in there today and this horrible woman was verbally aggressive to the workers for I’m sure something that wasn’t their fault. And they do not deserve that, they deserve good customers. Just wanted to leave a good review and show my appreciation for the employees because it’s always nice to hear you’re appreciated. Thank you guys for what you do. Best Wells Fargo I’ve been to.

I am so sick and tired of WF locking me out of my account! I regularly get a message that my password is incorrect, even though it is saved on my computer. When I change it and try to log in with the new accepted password, it tells me AGAIN that my PW is incorrect. On the phone with a rep I am told my username IS correct, but no record of me trying to log in! WF needs IT help BADLY!!! I'm on Social Security, many life-threatening health problems, and I NEED to access my back account. This is enough to make me find a new mortgage lender and change all of my accounts, to say nothing of their horrible environmental and political reputation!

I post this review in hopes to prove that for yelps sake I am not biased and for other reviewers to see that it's worth not going to certain branches. 1. Immediately had 3 tellers on the line, never before seen at the Briargate location. And if so, very reluctantly by the women lurking in the back. 2. Not a single issue with deposits or change orders or deposit cards or anything. 3. Tellers Chris and Danny were very exceptional, friendly, accommodating, and I bet rarely receive negative reviews unlike the Briargate location. 4. Danny, especially great because I had first gone to this location when we transitioned to Wells Fargo and I had a lot of deposits. Area and traffic encouraged me to go to the Briargate location and then after dealing with the worst costumer service for weeks on end, I chose to return to academy and austin bluffs and Danny remembered me right away. I had Danny and Chris help me with my deposits and change order,(being backed up from feeling so uncomfortable at Briargate location.) I can't wait to go back and provide discounts and services for my own business because of the guest service/ relations built here at this location. Quality and hospitals are the basics for any business, and it's the managers job to uphold that. RESTAFF BRIARGATE WELLS FARGO 80924!

This branch simply gets worse And worse!!! I came into the location at approximately 4:30 in the afternoon. Two people in front and no one behind. And yet the head teller shut down all tellers but one. As I did waiting several more people came in. Fifteen minutes later the one overworked teller finally got to help me.. several of us in line all commented on the head teller and several others just standing and talking. Not caring at all that we were waiting... What a horrible customer service experience.. . Soon no more Wells Fargo. !!! This location truely sucks!!! You can't even get a manager to acknowledge you.... Hence forth the review

This location has very friendly tellers. However, WF needs to take some of the boatloads of money they're making from fees and knock this building down and build a real bank with a drive-thru. Dreadful parking lot in an awkward location.

As a business, I loathe Wells Fargo and I wish that I did not have to deal with them as a company. I am staring at my $10 service fee for the honor of having them lend my money to customers at usurious rates because I had NO INCOME for a period of approximately 6 weeks and was not, therefore, able to make as many debit card purchases as were required to avoid the theft. I had thought there were laws against that sort of activity. Aside from the criminal behavior of the parent company, every employee with whom I've dealt has been very friendly, pleasant, helpful and professional. I wish that I could give a review to the employees, who would earn a solid 4, possibly 5-star rating. If you have ANY option avoid banking with this parasitic entity. I would recommend using a credit union if you are able.

The tellers are all very fast and friendly. I've been helped by a couple bankers who had helped me with some banking issues I had. Coming from someone who used to be a personal banker for Wells Fargo and greatly disliked the company, as well as someone who has a serious distaste for the federal reserve and all national banks in general...this is a great location.
