Worst experience I've ever had with Wells Fargo. I'm a premier member and told me I had to have an appoint. He was doing nothing and his next client wasn't due for 15 minutes. Wouldn't take care of a simple wire transfer. I'm ticked and ready to dump Wells Fargo

Two ladies working inside were rude when I asked what paperwork was needed to open a bank acct for my daughter. Unfortunately, I was unable to get their names upon departing. We opened at a different location instead (500 N Circle), way better welcoming experience there!
