Today, while I was at a meeting, Terran took it upon himself to pull all the pipe and fittings from the yard and load it in my truck which was at the front entrance. Can’t say enough good things about these guys!!”

“I really enjoy Costco! The only thing I get irked about now and again is nothing is ever in the same spot when you go back another day to get more haha but that is such a small issue. Huge parking lot, SO MANY gas pumps which is fabulous, and just so many options for food and home supplies. Will always be a member!”
“It's Costco, right? If you've been to one, you pretty much know what to expect. I get here every couple of weeks for items I don't mind buying in bulk-- I'm single and can't use a dozen avocados or 10 pounds of onions before they go bad. But I do get the rotisserie chickens because they're such an amazing deal, as well as their honey (which I use daily). Their Coastal cheddar is wonderful, but now in bigger blocks so not quite as great for me. I also get staples like canned goods if I have enough room to store them.”
“I just had a great experience at the Sam’s Club Tire and Battery Center thanks to Chris! From the moment I walked in, Chris was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. He helped me with getting a tire installed and went above and beyond to explain everything I needed to know — from the tire warranty and coverage details to how the pressure sensor works and what to expect moving forward.
What really stood out was how approachable and easygoing he was. He threw in a few jokes that made the whole process feel laid-back and comfortable, which you don’t always get when dealing with auto service. Chris made sure I understood everything, answered all my questions, and treated me with genuine respect and kindness.
It’s rare to find someone who’s not only knowledgeable but also enjoys what they do and makes the customer feel at ease. Chris is that kind of guy. Give that man a raise — he’s the reason I’ll be coming back to Sam’s Club for all my tire needs!

I want to give a big thank you to Dimitrius at the Sam’s Club Tire Center for helping me with my tire issue. From start to finish, he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was professional, efficient, and took the time to make sure everything was handled quickly without cutting corners. Excellent customer service and great time efficiency—I really appreciated how easy he made the whole experience. Dimitrius is a great example of what customer service should be.”

“Were here at least once a week or so picking up materials. They have friendly, helpful staff and awesome owners. They even provide coffee n donuts / bagels for their customers, which we appreciate. Most of the time, they have everything we needwhich is good because we drive far to get there.”
“03.02.2025 We do LOVE our Costco as we say. We have both a Sam's and Costco membership and we travel up from Pueblo to shop once a week to once a month at least. This Costco is very friendly and helpful. No issues ever returning anything, not that we do, but have maybe 5 times. Love the kids and baby clothes. Adult clothing too and you can't beat the prices
I will say stay away from the bakery goods. We have wasted 100s of dollars trying their bakery items and there is always a failure
I want to order my birthday cake come November and try it, but not sure, bc everything we've tried has been a failure, other than that their store is awesome and everyone works hard”
“The gas station does not have as competitive of prices as some other stations in town, so that is a let down because they are still over $2/gallon, but other than that, they are sufficient as far as gas stations go.”
“I love Sam's Club. I pay for my membership and then some just with the cheap Cafe prices, and gas discounts. The rest of the store, great. Perfect, no. But what is? Its worth it. There could be a lot more to complain about than there is at a place with such a wide variety of things. Need a tire change, cool. Hungry for lunch, its so cheap its probably at cost, or barely over. Need your prescription filled, got it. Fresh groceries, sure, some liquor, got you, etc.”

“Angela in customer service is amazing! I just signed up for my first membership and I am glad I did. You can tell how much they try and take care of the members. It seemed short staffed that day and there was a rude customer behind me that was wasn't understanding that even though it was explained to him. Please before you speak try and put yourself in their shoes and understand that sometimes places (especially now) will be short staffed but the staff tries to accommodate as much as they can with what they have. We need to all start being kinder to each other <3”

“It has great prices for bulk pick up now items. There is also a hreat variety of restarant items for goos prices too. I wenr close to closing time and rhw employees where very nice they didnt even rush me out even though i kept picking off the shelves while they where tring to make sure everything was pulled forward. I like the store”
