“I really enjoy Costco! The only thing I get irked about now and again is nothing is ever in the same spot when you go back another day to get more haha but that is such a small issue. Huge parking lot, SO MANY gas pumps which is fabulous, and just so many options for food and home supplies. Will always be a member!”

“My experience with the tire shop was amazing! I had two tires blow out on a late Friday. My car was towed to Sam's on Saturday as I had bought tires to be installed. However, Sam's called me and told me that one of my rims was to damaged so they couldn't install the tire on it. They kept my car in the bay until I was able to bring them a new set of rims. I consistently got calls and updates from Corey in the tire shop about what was going on with my car. I dropped the rims off to them and they professionally installed the rims and tires and kept me up to date on the process. 100% professional and excellent customer service, absolutely recommend! Corey and the team (wish I had gotten all of their names) were phenomenal!”

“The gas station does not have as competitive of prices as some other stations in town, so that is a let down because they are still over $2/gallon, but other than that, they are sufficient as far as gas stations go.”
“I love Sam's Club. I pay for my membership and then some just with the cheap Cafe prices, and gas discounts. The rest of the store, great. Perfect, no. But what is? Its worth it. There could be a lot more to complain about than there is at a place with such a wide variety of things. Need a tire change, cool. Hungry for lunch, its so cheap its probably at cost, or barely over. Need your prescription filled, got it. Fresh groceries, sure, some liquor, got you, etc.”
“I just want to give Amon in the meat section kudos for always making the best chicken. It's a tough job, but he always has a smile on his face, and so do I because I don't have to cook dinner. I've given up Costco Chicken because his chicken is so much better. I hope management passes this along to him.”

“It's Costco, right? If you've been to one, you pretty much know what to expect. I get here every couple of weeks for items I don't mind buying in bulk-- I'm single and can't use a dozen avocados or 10 pounds of onions before they go bad. But I do get the rotisserie chickens because they're such an amazing deal, as well as their honey (which I use daily). Their Coastal cheddar is wonderful, but now in bigger blocks so not quite as great for me. I also get staples like canned goods if I have enough room to store them.”
“My husband and I had purchased new phones at the T mobile kiosk in the Sam's club on Venetucci in Fountain. I left the purchase order in the cart and we left the store. We got home and no receipt. We went back to the store. The cart attendant, Keola, was collecting arts”
“I purchased new tires through Costco’s website and had them installed at this location. The purchase and scheduling process was easy, and the service center called as soon as the tires arrived. I showed up early and couldn’t check in right away because they were busy, but the customer service was still good and the installation took less than an hour. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience and look forward to using them for the included tire rotations and future service.”
“I'm always here once or twice a week. I intend to only get one item but always leave with more. Everyone that I've encountered there is so friendly and helpful. Their food court can get really busy, but if you're planning on getting a whole pizza, I recommend calling it in advance. It'll be ready for you when you get there. You can't beat the value for it too. Where can you get a whole pizza for $10? This feeds my whole family of 6. Perfect for my busy days when I don't have the time to cook :0)”
