“1st time taking my business to J's. I called all over town looking for a couple of replacement tires for my volvo s60r which are kind of rare. Not only did Jay have the tire's I was looking for, but he came outside to greet me and took care of my issues himself since it looked like the rest of his employees were busy at that time. (You gotta admire an owner of a company who doesn't mind getting his hands dirty.) Anyway, he had my old flat tire off the rim and the new one installed in record time and gave me an even better deal than what he quoted me over the phone. I’ve recently had an issue with a cracked rim on my new vehicle from the dealer resulting in psi stoppage daily, and I’d stop by everyday and the team would top off the tire to ensure I was road ready! They also do free brake inspections as well that can be walk-in or by schedule basis. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a shop close to home!”

“My 2002 Mazda had a problem with the air bag light blinking constantly. I had taken her to two shops before I took to Lighthouse. Neither of the two shops could get a diagnostic read and the second shop was an overall bad experience with a rude and childish service guy. I was going to just leave it as is but felt unsafe driving. I found Lighthouse Automotive on Google and called to ask if they might be able to help. I spoke with Kevin who was very nice over the phone and he took some time to try and understand what might be going on and he also had an idea about what the code meant that the light was flashing. When I brought my car in I was greeted by Rylan who was very polite and engaging. Their machine was unable to get a reading as well, but Kevin decided to check some wiring under the seat and he found some issue with that so he worked on the wiring and drove around for several miles to make sure that was the fix. So far, so good...no more blinking light and I feel safer driving now. I am very happy with these guys and I will be bringing my business to them in the future. I've owned my car since she was brand new and hope to keep her going another 115k miles. Thanks guys, and to everyone reading, I highly recommend Lighthouse Automotive.”
