“I traveled to Mattress Firm at 1000 S. Colorado Blvd today “strictly on an information gathering expedition”. This store was my first stop in search of a fairly nice mattress/adjustable frame combination for my partner’s Christmas present. I/we were greeted by a very friendly young man by the name of Matt who just happened to be the stores manager. Fast forward…I walked out of my first place purchasing two (2) Beautyrest Black series three mattresses w/the Sleepy Elite adjustable frame. The way that Matt took his time to answer our every question, his personal professional insight, his expertise in showing us many different choices and most of ALL his earnest desire to earn our business was “THE WINNING COMBINATION”. They kept us informed throughout the purchase process and didn’t try to upsell or convince us to purchase something we didn’t want/need.Installation teams were prompt and efficient. Our household is not easy to get into, with steep steps on the front patio and narrow pathways throughout the home. The teams managed to remove the old appliances, and install the new ones, with little issue. Much different experience than what I received from another companies delivery team, that refused to bring in a refrigerator through a narrow doorway, and then left it on the front patio and drove away.Overall I am very satisfied with my experience.”

“Les was amazing! I walked in and was looking around before he came to talk to me and see what I was looking for. One of the couches on the floor was a beautiful velvet. Fun and perfect size. He didn’t pressure me into buying it right then and there, but we just kind of talked about life while I sat on the couch and enjoyed how comfy it is. After talking for a bit, I decided this was the couch. It was exactly what I wanted and he gave me a great deal on it. Also, the movers were nice and the couch was unharmed being shipped to my place. Definitely recommend as they are all super nice and they have a couch for everybody’s taste”
