I did stop in a couple more times and everyone that works there was always helpful. I really am appreciative of each of the consultants helping out regardless of who my main contact was. And credit to Veronica for following up with me by text even on her days off and answering my many questions. I feel comfortable that I chose the best mattress and frame for me and look fitting getting it home.”

They kept us informed throughout the purchase process and didn’t try to upsell or convince us to purchase something we didn’t want/need.Installation teams were prompt and efficient. Our household is not easy to get into, with steep steps on the front patio and narrow pathways throughout the home. The teams managed to remove the old appliances, and install the new ones, with little issue. Much different experience than what I received from another companies delivery team, that refused to bring in a refrigerator through a narrow doorway, and then left it on the front patio and drove away.Overall I am very satisfied with my experience.”
