“Sales team was excellent, with no pressure. They kept us informed throughout the purchase process and didn’t try to upsell or convince us to purchase something we didn’t want/need.Installation teams were prompt and efficient. Our household is not easy to get into, with steep steps on the front patio and narrow pathways throughout the home. The teams managed to remove the old appliances, and install the new ones, with little issue. Much different experience than what I received from another companies delivery team, that refused to bring in a refrigerator through a narrow doorway, and then left it on the front patio and drove away.Overall I am very satisfied with my experience.”
“The whole experience from the initial contact with my salesperson, Raymond in Thornton, CO, the sales process, and finally, the delivery process, I couldn’t be more pleased, thank you.
Most importantly, I couldn’t be happier with the leather couch, chair and ottoman I purchased, quality and beauty! Thank you for a terrific experience, I look forward to working with you again.”

“Shawn was super helpful and knowledgeable! Made the experience enjoyable and hassle free! Was very honest in mattress knowledge and wasn’t hesitant to answer any questions and let us take our time to make a decision, not typical pushy salesman style, very easy to talk with and made sure we knew all of our options to make the best decision for us based on our needs and finances.”
