“I have never shipped anything before and the lady working today was so kind and helpful. Parking was interesting (there's only so much you can do with the space they have to work with) but otherwise it was a very nice experience overall!”
“The lady I dealt with today with short blonde hair was so super nice and sweet. Dealing with the public isn’t easy but she seemed happy and cheerful, wish I caught her name!”
