“Chris was incredibly efficient working alone but helping people out within just a minute of them arriving. I had some documents to fill out. He was super patient and helped me through the process. While I was filling things out, he assisted 4-5 people until I was ready. He has a great attitude, which is just the cherry on top :)”

“I guess I may be bias since the last two reviews want to smear my name, one I don’t open packages I have no desire steal any items, I place them carefully into our equipment what they do on the other side is on them, two I don’t physically carry mail so for the posters to take longer then the person expects maybe don’t pay for ground the cheapest way to get them there. I work hard to provide amazing customer service if your going to try to sully my name please come with actual facts not gripes that are not my fault…never wake a sleeping panda.”
“Small local post office very helpful with any postal needs you may have. I have a PO box there and my mail is always handled with care. It is a older shop but it's comfortable and works well for all the basic postal needs.”
“Superb experience signing up for a USPO Box this week. The welcoming, professional, and quite patient staff member easily answered my questions as I initially stopped by the ask some clarifying questions as well as when I stopped by to complete the process (after then completing a required registration online). I was never rushed, and really felt welcomed to my new neighborhood.”

“Had an appointment today for a passport and photos and, honestly, I was dreading it. The wait. The process. All of it.
I showed up about 25 minutes early and somehow got called back a few minutes before my appointment. And honestly? Aside from this old post office building being a little warm inside, the experience was amazing.
You know why? Ernest in the passport office. That guy is amazing. Super friendly, super efficient, and he plays great music back there too.
My appointment was scheduled at 11:45. I’m sitting in my car finishing this review at 11:49.

“Thank goodness their 24-hour kiosks are actually accessible. This is the 3rd USPS stop, 16 miles, 2 hours of drive time. I would give 5 stars, but like anything Denver, you have to park a hike away to not have to pay for parking. I lucked out with only a 7 minute walk one way. I really do appreciate that the kiosk was available and working.”

“First and foremost I want to start with how certain places can feel intimidating when walking into. As someone who works in customer service I always belive that you do your job right when you as the employee connect with the customers. Today I went in with questions that needed answers, and I walked out teary eyed instead(in an amazing way). The employees here were so kindhearted and went the extra mile. Not only did they connect with me as a person, but they took the time to listen to me. One of the female employees was nothing but a gem, a complete sweetheart. She was ready to give her 100% to the customer in any way possible. “Love this location and all of the staff here. I come here about once a week for work things, and they’re always so helpful and kind. They’re friendly and chatty, but never at the expense of keeping the line moving. They’re typically short handed so they might be busy from time to time, but they always do their best to keep things efficient.”
