“Quick and easy experience mailing a package from here! Short line, friendly clerks, convenient location. More affordable than UPS.My only complaints: This should have a self-service kiosk. And there is no bike parking. I had to awkwardly lock to the railing. Add a bike rack out front please!”

“I used this post office maybe 3 times during my stay in the area from 1997 - 2019. There were times when the Welshire Postal station on Evans Ave was closed and used this location. It is a small office with hit or miss service. Some employees are great, then some employees were brought in from other stations that filled for those that took time off hence the hit or miss part. Can't complain much as they do the best for what they have to deal with especially with that idiot LeJoy in D.C. running the Postal system into the ground!”

“I come here weekly and have to acknowledge the team working here. The staff are always super friendly and patient, despite dealing with constant disgruntled, entitled customers. They are short handed so there can be a wait, but if you’re a patient reasonable person it’s not bad at all typically.”

“We had some issues with an item that we ordered on Mercari being delivered timely due to a bad storm in New York, which the package originated from. However, from the moment the package was in Denver, and we were attempting to access it before its delivery date. Paul at this location was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to help us get this package before it was delivered so that my daughter could get her gift for her her boyfriend. In a timely manner due to Valentine's Day, Paul was kind and patient and his knowledge of how the postal system operates. Helped us efficiently find the time to go down to the facility and pick the package up. Additionally Paul took his own time and held the package from the delivery truck specifically Have the opportunity to pick it up before having it delivered later that evening we are truly grateful for his help and for his empathy and his patience.Thank you so much Paul”

“This has got to be my favorite Post Office I've ever been to! I love walking in and seeing a line of angry people held up by one elderly woman at the counter trying to write a check to ihop without her glasses on. All while the person working at the counter blankly stares into an oblivion. I love the front door that doesn't quite shut all the way. I love the dusty glass case that no one's touched in 15 years that's full of digital package scales and calculators for sale that partially bottle necks the lobby. I love when the occasional worker barrels out of the back to yell at everyone to get in line while everyones already in line. I love hearing the guy in front of me have a full volume Facetime call with his girlfriend. I mean, what's not to love about this place?”

“Had a package marked delivered but I didn’t have anyone come to the door. I submitted a request form and got phone call from the post office two days later. They were able to tell me exactly where it was misdelivered to and I was able to go ask my neighbor for the package. The staff member I spoke with was very friendly and willing to help!”

“This place has some of the kindest employees. Yesterday I got a call from a woman (can't remember her name, will ask and update) telling me she had my mail and that there must have been a miscommunication because we just moved here. She told me that while they were closed "here is the address and the time we open" and was so kind. We actually laughed and talked about the weather not being able to make up its mind, she was so so awesome and made some suggestions about how to ensure the carriers knew that it was okay to leave my mail at my house! Thanks again, kind lady!”

“First of all this is not the main USPS office! It’s on the next street on Marion! I’m sure gps got you confused as it did with me! The main USPS office is on Marion or google Park ave Tacos and it’s next to it!The lady who work there so as the Supervisor I think his name is Paul are super amazing and helpful! Wish if they just extended the office hours for more than 12-2 only. Thank you”

“I've always had great a great experience at this post office. The post office in general gets a hard time. Whether I'm getting stamps, mailing a package, getting a money order or anything else - the staff are always helpful.Today, I visited because the key to a package locker jammed and I couldn't retrieve the package. I went to the post office in person to ask for assistance. They took down the location details and said someone would check on it. I figured it'd take a while for them to get to it. By the time I'd driven back to the location there was already someone their unlocking it and I got my package. Couldn't ask for better service than that!”
