“The two guys that were working the desk were super helpful. One help me complete the reservation and the other helped hook up the trailer car hauler. I didn’t get their names, but the one that works outside was amazing. Hauling a car and getting the car were customer experiences. The guys took great care of us beginning to end. “We caught a flat with a truck full of materials for my friend’s wedding, we called Penske, who sent Will Alfredo from Southern Tire Mart to change the tire. Will got to us in less than an hour when we anticipated way longer since we were on the shoulder of I-70 and changed our tire in two-shakes of a lambs tail. Awesome, quick, professional service!!!
