I placed an online order over the holiday weekend and within an hour of placing my order one of their employees, Dylan, reached out to let me know that there was an error on the site and the piece I ordered was not in stock. She left a detailed message and we were able to transition to email and found a solution that works. She was kind and gracious with her time and my questions. I never felt pressured to make a decision one way or another, I truly felt that she was trying to help me and not just make a sale. She provided a wide range of possible solutions from alternative pieces, to waiting on the back order, or a full refund. She took care to note that I was shopping the sale and made sure the alternatives were within the same style as well as price range and was also able to offer a discount when I considered upgraded pieces. I took off in a hurry- without testing my vape, then had to turn around and come back because it was auto/constant burning. When I came back they exchanged it in a heartbeat with no debate or argument or contention because I “didn’t test it in the store”. Also, best prices I’ve seen in a long time! Highly recommend!!!”

Mad props for the Maple Syrup flavored King-pin blunt papers, may they long be available on the gray market. These excellent sales representatives hooked me up with a Juicy Jay's cigar roller and within moments of my homecoming I was basking in the flavor country of a fat king-pin blunt.
