“I bought a cabin air filter at Auto Zone which needed replacement according to my mechanic (when I had the oil changed and tires rotated). Since the mechanic did not have one available, I bought the filter and intended to have my mechanic install it, to give them a little more business. The cabin filter is located on top of the engine, under a shroud and takes about 10 minutes to switch out. When I called my mechanic to put it in, I was told it would cost $120. Yikes! I went back to Auto Zone to see if they could help me out and without hesitation, Mathew went out straight away to install the filter. What a great guy and great staff! Any time I need any car part, I'm going to go to AutoZone first! Thanks for helping out a single gal, Mathew!”
