The hotel has been remodeled recently, and the lounge area is a highlight for many guests during conferences. However, there are some concerns. Recent visitors note that downtown Denver has deteriorated since COVID, with increased issues involving street people and safety concerns. Some guests experienced problems such as no hot water during their stay and unexpected destination fees, which they felt were not justified by the perks offered. The staff was amazing. The food was excellent. The physical facilities need a bit of work, but the hotel is very nice, especially the self-parking facility. I do strongly recommend guests stay in the plaza building.

Excellent location, right on 16th. Parking is expensive, but easy to navigate. Hotel is huge, so spend a minute getting to and from the tower and your stay will be less confusing. Suites are large and well maintained. Note a microwave is a special request.

The hotel is a great option for Downtown Denver. I enjoyed all the amenities even though they are in need of an update. The one thing that made me giving it 4 stars if that the internet speed is incredibly slow. Customer service is really nice, everyone is so friendly.
