“Natalie at the front desk is incredible. Stayed here this past weekend, she was incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating when I realized I booked the wrong room. She also was incredibly kind to my 15 month old son and made us feel very welcome. We ended up in a Junior Suite, it was perfect. I would definitely stay again. The service and staff were exceptional. The food onsite is very good. And the location was more than ideal.”

“This is our second time staying at Clio. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The ambiance in this hotel is very chic and inviting. The staff were very courteous and helpful. They go out of their way to make your stay a great experience. There are numerous great eateries within a short walking distance. They have a shuttle that will take you within two mikes of the hotel. The shuttle driver was a young man that very courteous and informative.”

“My stay here was exceptional for the price per night. I was on a solo trip exploring the city. I felt very safe walking to nearby places downtown. The staff was helpful and friendly to my needs and requests. I had an issue with my room but it was fixed within the hour. The coffee and tea in the morning was an added bonus to my stay. Will return to the Kimpton for my next stay in Denver.Walkability: 10-15 minute walk from most activities”

“Really nice hotel. Unfortunately less than two blocks from what seems to be a homeless gathering area. Some obvious mental illness which obviously comes with an unpredictable scene. That said, we didnt have any issue inside the hotel and restraunt. Overall, great place to stay and within walking distance of several good restraunts and bars.”

“Great apartment-style accommodations for me and a coworker while we were on a business trip- we had our own bedrooms and bathrooms with a shared kitchen and living area. The accommodations were clean, modern, and safe; the property management even worked with me to accommodate a late check in time and were very responsive to my texts. I would not hesitate to stay at the Espadin again on my next trip to Denver.”

“Lifetime Platinum BonVoy member here. Friendly staff but service not up to par; we ran out of body wash and Front desk did nothing; I had to hound housekeeper. Pool water not warm enough, whirlpool broken. Rooms had broken things. Great location though. All clean and OK breakfast.”

“Such a stunning space that is clearly crafted with intention, care and attention to detail! If you’re a sucker for tasteful interior design, just trust that this is the place you want. Not only is it a gorgeous space, but everything was incredibly well thought out, and you get so much value for the rate. They don’t offer a lot in terms of service (don’t expect room service here or a regular concierge) but there is staff present in case you do need help, and they have great breakfast + valet, so I didn’t find it lacking anything.I am surprised to find something this nice in Denver. It’s not a city I visit often, but I know with certainty there’s nowhere else I’d rather stay!”

“I stayed at the Art Hotel last month (while attending a conference) and I am finally getting around to writing a review. I could not let another day go by without giving this hotel and its staff the praise that they deserve. I tried to remember as many names as possible, but I am missing a few! The hotel and Fire staff were amazing! Their attitudes were positive. They were quick to serve and serve well. They sought to meet all of my requested needs and they did it all with a smile. From following up on housekeeping needs to calling me a lyft to get to my conference to keeping my cup filled at the restaurant (while giving me my favorite booth), this staff was second to none! My favs were Kendra, Nate, Kaia and Janaya. My overall experience of this hotel and restaurant is " You can't compete where you don't compare." (borrowed from Janaya). Loved, loved, loved my time at the hotel and restaurant... I will be back!”

“If you're looking for a spot that has all the great amenities and close to everything, this is the hotel for you.The people that work at the hotel are very nice and quick on their feet. The view is impeccable. I got the mountain view, which I prefer since I live in Minnesota. But for those of you who want to look at the city, that view is awesome too (I overheard). They have a nice pool, great hot tub with awesome jets, a really nice workout room, a laundry facility, and an awesome breakfast. They serve chicken sausage and vegan sausage for breakfast which is super cool! They have a nice patio in the back, so those who like to smoke and need a place to step out near a fireplace under a discreet gazebo, enjoy! They have a happy hour Monday through Wednesday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. and provide complimentary beer, wine and appetizers. We were just 4 blocks away from the selfie museum (a blast) and a nice 8 block walk to puttshack from there (super fun). You're just two blocks away from many bars and shopping (Go to Sole Shoe store). If your adventurous, the downtown area is covered with lime scooters everywhere that you can take to Miriams for great coffee and a delicious French breakfast then head across the street to the big beautiful park and zoo!I highly recommend!Rooms: I really liked my room. It was really small but super cute. Quaint if you will. It had everything I needed plus more! I got a dishwasher, sink, coffee maker, microwave, full size fridge, drawers filled with silverware and cabinets filled with all the things I needed including glasses, mugs, plates and bowls. They even provided coffee, tea, pepper, salt, sugar, creamer, coffee, tea..Crazy!Nearby activities: Selfie museum, shopping, put shack, the best zoo I've ever been to, and many, many bars!Safety: This is a very safe hotel. You have to use your card to get into the building, and you must use your card to go up or down the elevator. At first I found this annoying but it makes sense, considering you are in a downtown area.Walkability: Everything and anything you can think about, it's within six blocks away from this hotel.Food & drinks: The breakfast is awesome. They have vegan options including vegan sausage. Monday through Wednesday they provide complimentary happy hour with beer, wine and appetizers.”

“I cannot say enough about this place. We came down from the mountains and had to return our Turo a day before our flight. Our family of 5 (kids ranging in ages from 3 months to 11 years) stayed here. The staff was phenomenal. I was greeted by name (I had called ahead) and we were quickly granted early access to our room. So nice and helpful. I wish I had caught their names! Room was beautiful, the kids loved the free ice cream. A complimentary Lyft was called anytime we went somewhere within 2 miles. (Check out MeowWolf and LuckyStrike Bowling!) The train (which kids ride free) was a super easy, super quick ride to the airport for $20. We can’t wait to return. Don’t let the cost deter you. It’s worth every penny!! Take advantage of the amenities. We will return someday!!Nearby activities: Train to airport soooo convenient”

“This place is absolutely stunning. Truly. Its history is fascinating, and the service was outstanding. It’s rare to find a place that has the kind of customer service of yesteryear. If I ever need a place to stay locally again, I’ll be doing it here.”

“The Hilton Garden Inn is defined by its exceptional hosts, immaculate rooms, and incredible ambiance. The check-in process was effortless and efficient.Upon entering the room, I was pleased to find it spotless and thoughtfully arranged. The gym is well-equipped with a wide range of weights and cardio equipment, making it convenient for workouts at any time of the day.The only aspect that could be improved is the buffet breakfast. The options were quite limited for the price, and they seemed to be running out of items across the board.Overall, my experience at this Hilton property was fantastic. The hosts and staff were exceptional, and everything was just perfect.Looking forward to my next visit!”

“Rooms: New renovation so room was large and well appointed yet unclutteredThings I would change if I lived there:1. Huge solid sliding door to the bathroom but the little pocket door finger grip is an inadequate handle for opening and closing a 100lb door2: The Nespresso coffee maker was nice but it over filled the provided 8oz cups3. Never could connect to the cool retro Marshall radio and I’m pretty savvy with that kinda stuffWalkability: Only a few blocks to any of the Lo-Hi restaurants and bars”

“Beautiful hotel. Loved the breakfast that is included, the omelet/waffle stations; and the evening reception, that included 2 comp drinks. Even if you don't drink, you can ask for a non-alcohol drink(s). I don't drink, so I had a punch w/lemon, cherry, ginger ale and ice.The front desk staff, can't remember the young man's name, were so polite and professional.”

“I love Best Western hotels! When I visit one, I know right away what to expect from the room and the staff. This visit was no different in that everything was top notch. The front desk staff when I arrived was extremely nice and knew their job very well. The room was sooo nice and the bed was comfortable. If I had to have one disappointment is that my balcony seemed to be the only one without furniture. To be fair it was 40ish and rainy so wasn't going to be outside anyway but if it was nice that would have bothered me.The food!!! They have a Tony Roma's attached and handles the breakfast and dinner, haven't had breakfast as of this review but I will post dinner pictures.Nearby activities: Lots of fast food within walking distance.Walkability: So many places nearby to check out.Food & drinks: The dinner was amazing.”

“Smooth check in with Lana at the front desk who was so sweet and informative during check in. She made us feel welcomed. Lana is definitely a great asset to this establishment. The room was clean. Bed was comfy and had comfy pillows. Had lots of parking that was FREE!! The complimentary breakfast was good. Only complaint is the stain on one of the chairs and there was a light odor in the restroom. Would definitely stay here again. It’s conveniently located in walking distance to shopping and dining. Loved our stay!!Rooms: The rooms are clean and had comfy beds and pillows.Safety: You needed your room key to get in. The doors remained locked all day.Walkability: 5min or less walking distance to shopping and dining.Food & drinks: Near lots of dining places.”

“Hotel staff were lovely and the room was clean. But our room on the second floor looked into other rooms. It was also loud with sounds from other rooms, the lobby, the parking area, and the street all night.Rooms: Small hut functional.”

AND I Have done early check in many times (after 5AM) free of charge if rooms are available. The 2 rating isn’t the fault of Motel 6 it’s the fault of ignorant people.
